Pros:

Кроме локации не понравилось ничего.

Cons:

Давно не получал столь негативный опыт. Отель конечно в целом староват и требует ремонта сейчас видно что из него выжимают вложения. Завтра очень слабые, конечно если хочется очень сильно кушать, то в любом случае что-то найдёшь чтобы не умереть с голода, но а так я просто так оплатил завтрак, есть мне было нечего, выбор очень слабый я кроме кофе и воды ничего не съел за 3 суток пребывания. На этажах застелены везде ковролин очень плохого качества и уже очень сильно изношен, выглядит ужасно, идти с чемоданом просто невозможно и не удобно, в коридоре все время что то стоит, пылесос по углам, вода или ещё что-то. Что касается самого номера, ванные комнаты требуют срочного ремонта, аксессуары самые дешёвые. Ковролин в пятнах, на диване пятна, матрас вообще не удобный. Теперь самый топ, я открываю холодильник, а там живёт уже полноценной жизнью еда, пахнет ужасно, на весь номер, после обнаружения данной еды я позвонил на решепшен и попросил убрать мою находку, и ушел из номера по делал, вернувшись через несколько часов я обнаружил что этого никто не сделал, я позвонил еще раз, опять ушёл, прихожу никто ничего не изменил, еда вонючая на месте, пока я не поругался и не сказал что эта еда сейчас полетит. В коридор, сразу прибежала с начала уборка, потом 3 менеджера, в знак извинения принесли фрукты, которые я даже не тронул и в принципе отказался от них. Принесли еще бутылку вина и она тоже осталась в номере, смешно.

Pros:

Kahvaltı ile ilgili olarak çeşitlilik, lezzet, meyve barı, pancar suyu....Lokasyon ideal.

Cons:

Sauna alanı daha geniş olabilirdi, buhar banyosu eklenebilirmiş. Açık havuz daha büyük olabilirdi.
Fiyat olarak %25 oranında yüksek olduğunu düşünüyorum.

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and the location is very good, breakfast was excellent, above all the staff were amazing and very very helpful.. they helped us booking tickets and anything we requested.

Beautiful hotel, staff is exceptional.
Pros:

Exceptional from start to finish. The staff was a true highlight - Abdullah in particular went above and beyond to help us when we missed our train, and provided such care and support. He is truly a cut above, and we will certainly stay here again when we return to Tashkent.
