The staff from the front desk were very helpful and very informative.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a vast variety of food
The only thing was that the room didn't have a fridge or a kettle for a morning coffee but as I only stayed for one night, it didn't make a big difference.
The shower could be a bit better as well.

Hace 8 años que vine y después de buscar y buscar lo encontré, sigue igual que la última vez vine, tanto el personal como las habitaciones y la ubicación son excelentes.
A pesar de que no contratamos la pensión completa (lo hubiese hecho pero en booking no me aparecía esa opción) lo hubiese contratado ya que cenamos todos los días en el restaurante del hotel y los camareros un encanto, la comida riquísima y el precio muy asequible.
Sin duda la próxima vez que vuelva a Fátima volveré a este hotel.
The reception staff were absolutely amazing when only one of the group of 4 could stay over. They have the other 3 who came the next day a free lunch and good advice about parking for disabled guests.
The breakfast staff in the morning were not friendly, aloof and a bit cold.
Quiet, clean, customer service excellent, departure time is at 12!!! That’s excellent!! Also breakfast included! Wow!

There were no USB ports to charge cell phone.
Breakfast- the food wasn’t labeled and we were almost done eating when someone asked if we wanted eggs.
