Pros:

The location, my room has a comfortable bed, lots of surfaces and a little fridge. The shower was cold the first night/morning, I told them and it was fixed immediately. I got cold, asked for another blanket, it was there when I got back. They've been very helpful and flexible, allowing me to extend my stay in the same room and changing reserved nights for my daughter, as we await a discharge date from the hospital. Despite language barrier, Google translate has been a boon. Breakfast is nice too. .

Cons:

Initially the cold shower but it was fixed immediately. For a 3 star in central florianopolis it's been great.

Cons:

Café da manhã não muito bom, sem muita variedade e leite azedo ao tomar.

O chuveiro é ótimo, a cama confortável, as instalações eram limpas, o café da manhã é ótimo e a localização é perfeita!
Pros:

A localização e o café da manhã são perfeitos! A funcionária que prepara o café é uma simpatia.

Cons:

Considerando o custo-benefício achei tudo ótimo. Na pia do banheiro não tem torneira para água morna ou quente. Então, em junho era desagradável escovar os dentes. Mas me hospedaria novamente.
