Important information:

Accessibility Notice for Spring Hill Gardens: Our property is a 3-story walkup with stair access to each level. Unfortunately, we do not have elevators, which may make our accommodations less suitable for guests with mobility issues, such as families with toddlers or seniors requiring wheelchair access.

Weekly Apartment Servicing: Apartments receive a weekly service, including a starter pack of essentials like soaps, detergents, toilet paper, and tea and coffee supplies.

Reception Hours: Please be aware that Spring Hill Gardens Apartments does not operate a 24-hour reception. Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00. Should you plan to arrive outside these hours, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation.

Payment Surcharges: A surcharge of 1.5% applies for payments made with Visa or Mastercard, and a 3% surcharge is applicable for payments with American Express or Diners Club credit cards.

Payment and Damage Deposit: Payment for your stay will be processed shortly after the booking grace period ends. Upon arrival, a 200 AUD damage deposit is pre-authorized, refundable following your departure, provided there is no key loss, the room is maintained clean, and no damage is detected.

Undercover Parking: Limited on-site undercover parking is available for an additional charge. If you require parking, please ensure to contact us in advance to secure a spot.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Conveniently located is the only thing good

Cons:

Room was sort of clean. We found rubbish under the tv cabinet. You could see it upon entering the unit. The tv remote didn’t work. Tv barely worked we could get 2 channels out of the free to air channels that did work. No tea towels to dry dishes. Mould in bathroom tile grout. Shower head broken - tied with a shoelace to the screen to get it to stay in place. Very little complimentary tea coffee no sugar no milk. Clothes dryer timer doesn’t work. The dryer filter wasn’t cleaned. The top floor sliding door was wide open upon arrival. Front door wasn’t locked upon arrival. The outside courtyard is filthy. We swept up some of the dirt so we could sit outside. Surprisingly enough cutlery for a small army. Enough pots n pans to get us through what we needed. Fridge is a good size & clean inside. Doesn’t look like the outside had a wipe over in sometime. Uncomfortable furniture appears to have come from road side pickup. Went to the office during the advertised hours & no staff to be seen.

Enjoyed my stay I then extended for a few more days.Convenience to work and quiet time.
Pros:

Comfortable apartments, convenient location, friendly and courteous reception staff.

Cons:

Nothing at this time. Happy with the accommodation I have.

Good location, great host
Pros:

The room I was originally meant to stay in was damaged so I was relocated to another building. They gave me a carpark free of charge which was highly appreciated.

Not a very pleasant experience and would not recommend it.
