j'éviterais désormais cet hôtel et ne le conseillerais pas

Le personnel était sympa et le repas du soir correct

Cons:

mais à notre arrivée régnait un grand bazar dans les couloirs avec beaucoup de bruit de femmes de chambre alors qu'il était plus de 16h00. des panières partout au milieu du couloir !... Le petit déjeuner était limite avec peu de pains et des viennoiseries assez sèches. Sans parler du café qui n'tait que de l'eau claire tout comme les jus de fruits... Nous sommes habitués et malgré tout très déçus par ce séjour;
Odeur de cigarettes dans tous le 1er étage qui était très dérangeantes

Cons:

The fact that we could not get a meal at 8.30pm when we had traveled all day. There was absolutely nothing on offer whatsoever. Not what you would expect when you have paid £135 for a one night stay.

Sèjour fort agréable, on y serait bien resté une nuit ou deux de plus.
Pros:

La décoration et l'hôtel et l'aménagement de l'espace piscine. C'est très réussi.

Cons:

La taille du lit : 140 cm c'est trop petit. Normalement c'est munimum 160 cm pour un 4 étoiles

Room was a little dungeon with flickering lights. Shuttle was 35 minutes after having to walk 10-15 minutes to the stand where you had to order the service.

Hotel je smješten 5-6 minuta vožnje od aerodroma i transfer iz/prema njemu je besplatan.Velika prednost hotela je vanjski bazen i prostor kod bazena,ali isključivo u ljetnim danima jer ovo nije grijani bazen.Vanjski prostor za sjediti ispred u večernjim satima je opuštajući i ugodan.
Doručak uredan,malo veći izbor npr.omleta ili kajgane s povrćem svakako nebi bio loš.

S obzirom da smo ranije došli u hotel,zamolili smo za ranu prijavu,čak i uz nadoplatu ako treba,ali rečeno nam je da isto nije moguće prije 15h,iako smo vidjeli da je dosta gostiju napravilo check-out do 11h.Zar se za 30-40 minuta nije mogla spremiti soba?Mislim da je,ali fleksibilnost oko toga je bila nažalost nikakva.Nekako smo to prihvatili,i spremni smo čekati,ali na naš upit da li možemo bar korisiti bazen dok se ne čekiramo,odgovor je-NE jer službeno nismo "JOŠ" gosti hotela i nemamo broj sobe.Na moj upit zašto ne napravimo check-in pa da dobijemo broj sobe,odgovor je-takva je politika hotela.Pa zar nije u interesu hotela da sjednemo u restoran,naručimo ručak koji ćemo platiti cca 100 + Eura,popijemo kavu i pojedemo kolač koji ćemo platiti cca 20 Eur-a i nakon toga se čekiramo?
Prvi put u životu,a prošao sam dosta svjjeta,dolazim u sobu bez ormara za robu,pa makar mali ormar ili polica,apsolutno-NIŠTA.I zadnje,nakon povratka iz centra Marseillea kontaktiramo hotel da pošalju vozača po nas jer je takav dogovor bio.kad smo išli na željezničku stanicu koja je udaljena cca 500 metara i čekamo ga punih 45 minuta na 34 ° C ,ali njega-NEMA i mi se upućujemo pješke do hotela.Ispriku smo dobili,ali ne znači mi puno kad je bilo teško nazvati i reći-oprostite,ali ne možemo ili ne želimo doći po vas!
