Decent.
Pros:

Didn’t have time

Cons:

The shuttle was not available at 5 am to go to the airport and my granddaughters bed sheets were dirty and she had to sleep in the same bed as my daughter. The room lights, only some of them worked. The elevator was being worked on so I had to use the stairs à few times and the halls were very hot.

Très décevant, nous ne recommandons pas du tout !!

Très déçus par notre séjour.
Nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois personnes annoncée à 18 m². En réalité, la chambre nous a semblé bien plus petite et absolument pas adaptée pour accueillir trois personnes. L’espace était si restreint qu’une fois le lit déplié, il devenait quasiment impossible d’utiliser correctement le bureau ainsi que la table et les chaises. Nous avions vraiment l’impression d’être dans un placard à balais.

Autre point très désagréable : un chien était enfermé dans une chambre sur le même palier et a aboyé de manière répétée, ce qui a fortement perturbé notre tranquillité.

Nous avons signalé ces problèmes à la direction. Malheureusement, la réponse de la directrice adjointe a été particulièrement hautaine et peu professionnelle. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée, aucun geste commercial n’a été envisagé et nous n’avons ressenti aucune volonté de prendre en compte notre mécontentement.

Nous sommes également très surpris par la superficie annoncée de 18 m², qui ne correspond absolument pas à notre ressenti sur place.

Au vu de notre expérience, nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas cet établissement.

Luxurious, relaxing,exclusive
Pros:

Free shuttle to get there- lovely pool-lots of sun loungers-really friendly staff-Jaures P on front desk gave a 6 star experience . Rooms were spacious and luxurious. There was a bakery nearby and a supermarket and pharmacy quite close too.

Für unsere Zwecke - damit man schnell am Airport ist ohne lästigen Stadtstau am Morgen - absolut ok

Poolbereich ausreichend für den kurzen Aufenthalt

Cons:

Kein Service am Pool, keine Toiletten am Pool

Personal war jung und wenig motiviert auch beim Abendessen nicht wirklich freundlich
