The airport shuttle service operates on the following schedule:
Pudong T2 Airport to hotel: from 14:00 to 17:00, every day only one time.
Hotel to Pudong T2 airport: from 13:00 to 16:00, every day only one time.
An Pudong T2 airport shuttle service is available upon request from 13:00-17:00 for guests with bookings of 1 nights or more.
All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 1 day prior to arrival.
The airport shuttle service can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.
The airport shuttle service will incur an additional charge of RMB 400/450 per Passat Car if requested outside of scheduled hours.

Overall, the hotel was very good, and the staff were friendly. The housekeeping staff were especially warm and welcoming. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to Disneyland and the scheduled shuttle service, which made getting there very convenient.
The only drawback was that the room had a noticeable odor.

Incredible that at the Front desk, they do not speak English. We asked for towels for the five days of our stay for three guests (as we booked a three-guest room). And we never had the towels for the three of us.

Had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Staff was polite and helpful throughout the visit. Breakfast had good variety, and the location was convenient for travel. Overall, a pleasant experience and worth the price.
