Amazingly beautiful
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, i loved the stay & it was very happy to receive a last minute surprise. I recommend this hotel for everyone who needs to have a relax holiday.

Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping service was very good. The rooms were clean, although the furniture felt a little dated, and the room had a slight smell that could be improved. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but we would have appreciated a wider variety of choices.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice overall, with a top floor swimming pool. There are a few nice restaurants in the area, and a mall (RT-mart I think is the name) that was actually great (good food, cheap clothes, Hong Kong waffles). They were very kind to accept changing my reservation as my plan changed.

Cons:

Nothing, but I was expecting the hotel to be closer to the center of Shanghai. It takes about an hour (20 min walk, then subway with a change) to reach the center.

Сауна не работала! Ее нужно включать заранее и ждать пару часов пока нагреется.
