This was our second stay. Will happily continue to stay here on our future visits.
Pros:

The beds are extremely comfortable. Pillows also really comfy.
Its a very quiet area - and the rooms are almost soundproof. Lovely clean rooms - bathroom is beautiful.
Very close to Toowong shopping centre which has Coles, Woolies and various bakeries and cafes.

Cons:

The airconditioner, power kept cutting out every few hours during the night and early morning. Not sure what was happening but we had to keep re-inserting the room key in to the slot to get the power to reset.

Pros:

Only stayed for 1 night but great location. Big room, very clean. Easy check in. Onsite free parking. The bed was huge & comfy. Foxtel on the tv, a balcony, mini bar & aircon. Abundance of lighting choices & the frosted glass window in the bathroom was a highlight. Massive shower head & great water pressure.

Cons:

That i had to leave!

Very comfortable short stay in Toowong
Pros:

Tea and coffee maker in room, fridge in room, lovely big bathroom with lots of towels etc. Super king bed. Balcony.

Cons:

No breakfast room, but there is a café literally on the street downstairs, and lots of options in Toowong Village 5 minutes walk away. Reception not staffed after 7pm but it's easy to let yourself in.
