OTTIMO STAFF, MA ASSENZA DI CONDIZIONATORI!
Pros:

Di positivo c’è la gentilezza dello staff, e la vicinanza alla metto linea 7. In 25 minuti di metro si arriva al Louvre.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’appartamento era infestato di formiche, divano letto scomodo, ma il punto nettamente negativo è l’assenza di aria condizionata e con temperature che sono arrivate a 45 gradi non averla avuta ha rappresentato una mancanza considerevole. I soli due ventilatori in dotazione non sono abbastanza per trascorrere delle notti piacevoli durante le estati parigine.

Pros:

Lokalizacja to jedyny plus

Cons:

nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, brak klimatyzacji przy prawie 40 stopniowym upale, niedosprzątane - brudna łazienka, kuchnia .... i jeszcze jakieś insekty /prawdopodobnie pluskwy/ brrrrr nigdy więcej.

Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Super Lage, nicht weit weg von der Metro und vom Einkaufsladen.
Die Ferienwohnung war großzügig geschnitten.
Eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Die Abfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich aber unten ist dann genug Platz.
Das Bad ist mit einer tollen Dusche ausgestattet, Handtücher sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Cons:

Da wir bei sehr heißem Wetter dort waren wurde es in der Wohnung unter dem Dach sehr heiß und auch nachts war doch Lüften keine kühle Luft zu bekommen.
Die oberen Schlafräume sind nur über ein Dachfenster zu belüften das erst am sehr späten Abend geöffnet werden kann. Und auch dann kommt keine kühle Lüfter rein da das Dach sehr aufgeheizt ist.
Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert, positiv ist aber, dass drei große leise Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Pros:

Podwórko/taras jest świetne. Można na spokojnie zjeść czy spędzić czas wieczorem na dworze. Dojście do metra również bardzo korzystne, jedynie 5 minut. Dostęp do sklepów również OK.

Cons:

W gorące dni temperatura w mieszkaniu jest nie do wytrzymania. Brak klimatyzacji i łóżka na poddaszu nie są dobrym połączeniem w lato.

Pros:

Posizione strategica vicino all metro 7 per raggiungere il centro. Zona tranquilla. Nessun problema a muoverci la sera con i bambini.

Cons:

Non hanno il bidet. Ma in Francia credo sia normale... 🙂

A stúdiólakás sokkal tágasabb és felszereltebb volt a vártnál. A metró elég közel van. A környéket biztonságosnak éreztük. Az árhoz képest teljesen rendben van. A személyzet nagyon aranyos és rugalmas volt. Szerettük az itt töltött időt.

Cons:

Alaposabb takarítás, nincs semmi durva, de sajnos ráférne.

Die Anbindung hat mir gut gefallen.
Ich habe sogar ein größeres Apartment bekommen als ich gebucht hatte.

Pros:

Blizina metro stanice, pekare, marketa. Apartman je dovoljno prostran da primi petočlanu porodicu. Čist, imao je sve što nam je bilo potrebno.
Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno i predusretljivo, što nam je učinilo boravak još prijatnijim.
Ispred apartmana je lepa terasa, a "komšije " u susednim apartmanima su vrlo prijatni ljudi.
Sve pohvale za odnos cene i kvaliteta!

Praktisch für eine Städtereise. Metro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke.
Pros:

Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und konnten es hier in der Garage abstellen und hatten sehr kurze Wege zwischen Auto und Appartement.
