Die Lage. Das Personal. Parkplatz super. Grosse terrasse und schöne Aussicht.
Wenig Platz für Koffer. Etwas hellhörig und es wäre schön Support zu haben beim Koffer tragen.
Boutique Hotel and Spa is in an excellent, quiet location within this beautiful town, with easy walking to nearby beaches, shops and restaurants at the harbour of St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Our room was comfortable with a wet room en-suite and terrace outside. The pool was excellent with lots of seating for guests. A generous breakfast is available each morning in the sunny breakfast room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent bus service to Nice with bus stops close to the hotel. St Jean Cap Ferat also has a coastal walkway to nearby Beaulieu Sur Mer where there are more restaurants and a train station for visits to Monaco, Cannes and Italy. We enjoyed our visit very much.
ALL staff we encountered were so so friendly - anything we requested was granted. We asked for extra pillows, towels, a fan all granted. I loved the separate shower and bathroom. Excellent location for shops, Ubers readily available. My husband liked the steam room. Blackout shutters for the room were great.
Room wasn't very clean on arrival - lots of hairs in the shower & a lot of dust on places. AC wasn't good at all. The shower has no door/curtain/shield so the entire floor gets wet after every shower.. and we were showering 2-3 times a day for 5 days... Pool was TOO cold! Walls a little too thin

Не понравился запах в номере, хоть там и новый ремонт в туалете и ванной, но запах сырости и канализации все равно чувствовался в комнате.
Location was good, staff were friendly.
The room I was in looked at a wall, and very much cannot be described as a suite. Zero view, lights couldn’t turn off, very tired but most importantly there was crashing, banging, furniture moving and shagging going on every single minute from 8pm until 10am. Then the staff jet themselves into the room.
If you’re on the ground floor at this place as to move as it is a genuine nightmare. And is you’re in 103, leave.

Ménage superficiel (miroir pas lavé, poussière derrière les meubles).
Serviettes sales (grosses traces noires sur 2 d’entre elles).
Bonde de douche endommagée.
Nous avons utilisé le jacuzzi qui n’était pas propre (un pédiluve serait sûrement un plus).
What I find insane is that I made a reservation for 4 nights from their websites as I had a planned 5 days event and then as I wasn’t sure I could come 2 extra days i made a cancellable reservation for a comparable room on Booking. I wrote them to explain that it was basically the same reservation. They put me in 2 different rooms and the room booked via Booking was horrible (as small as a coffin).
The hotel had the most stunning views and the location was superb only a 5 minute walk into Cap Ferrat. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and the lady who ran the breakfast room was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.
Nothing worth mentioning.
