Hommikusöök oli mitmekesine ja maitsev.Meeldis et päeval oli mitmeid võimalusi keha kinnitada.Spa ja saunad olid mõnusad.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Aktivitäten auf dem Gelände. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.

Meile meeldis väga vastuvõtupersonal, meid võeti vastu väga soojalt ja sõbralikult.
Pros:

Toad olid väga puhtad ning hästi korras. Hommikusöök oli suurepärane, maitsev ja mitmekesine. Hotelli ümbruses asuv park, kus sai jalutada, oli imeline, väga romantiline ja kaunis. Jäime oma viibimisega väga rahule.

Enttäuschender Wellness-Aufenthalt – Kein nutzbares Warmwasser im Zimmer
Pros:

Die historische Anlage des Vihula Manor Country Club ist optisch sehr schön gelegen und gepflegt.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war als Wellness-Auszeit geplant, wurde jedoch massiv enttäuscht. Das warme Wasser in Zimmer 21 war komplett gelb und stark verfärbt. Duschen oder die Nutzung der Whirlpool-Badewanne waren unmöglich. Der Mangel wurde direkt vor Ort an der Rezeption gemeldet, jedoch wurde weder eine Lösung noch ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Im Nachgang per E-Mail wies das Hotel die Verantwortung von sich und behauptete fälschlicherweise, man hätte sich vor Ort nicht beschwert. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse ist dieser Service und der Umgang mit berechtigten Gästebeschwerden absolut unakzeptabel. Keine Weiterempfehlung für Wellness-Suchende.
