Šī vieta ir ļoti skaista, un ir redzams, ka par to tiek ļoti rūpīgi rūpēts.
The setting is beautiful, and it's obvious that the place is exceptionally well maintained.
The receptionist who attended to us was completely rude, arrogant, and condescending. Her attitude seriously spoiled our stay. At no point did she show any empathy or willingness to help; she simply spoke to us in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, without offering any alternatives for dining at the restaurant or trying to find a solution.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a hotel of this category, where customer service should be one of its greatest strengths. I sincerely believe that the management should review the training and professionalism of some of its staff, as a single employee can ruin what would otherwise be a wonderful experience.
Aamiainen oli normaali. Olisimme odottaneet keskellä upeinta satokautta tuoreita marjoja tai paikallisia vihanneksia. Aamiainen ei vastannut käsitystä luksus-spahotellin monipuolisesta aamiaistarjonnasta.
Aamiainen tarjottiin kiviseinäisessä vanhan kartanon salissa, jossa syöntivälineiden äänet, puheen sorina ja lasten kirkkaat huomautukset kaikuivat.

The location in a very quiet setting in nature is fantastic. The surrounding water has a calming effect.
Opening hours of the activities at the manor could be a bit longer in the evening and maybe even start earlier in the morning.

Väga hea klienditeenindus. Avar ja suur standarttuba - ööbisime seekord tõllakuuris , mugav ja suur voodi. Kaunis ümbrus, palju armsaid ja huvitavaid muuseume. Jalutuskäiguka ja sportlikuks tegevuseks suur valik. Armas ja romantiline.
Hommikumantlid võiksid tubades olla. Ja paar ekstra patja tuleks ka abiks.

Spa, variety of different rooms within the property, golf (for extra ). I liked that the room had slippers, robes etc. Staff was excellent -friendly, helpful and smiling (all somewhat rare in Estonian hospitality industry).

Das Gesamtkonzept des Countryclubs.
Leider ist die erstmalige Renovierung vor 25 Jahren bereits sichtbar abgewohnt. Unser "Zimmer" war eine unbeheitzte, kleine Dachkammer ohne Lift mit einer kleinen Fensterluke. Dafür € 150,00 pro Nacht zu bezahlen ist schon eine Herausforderung. Der Hammer ist aber das angepriesene und im Preis inkludierte SPA, das leider auch hotelfremden Gästen zugänglich ist. Dementsprechend überfüllt ist dann auch das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich. An echtes Schwimmen oder Relaxen ist da nicht zu denken. Der Lärmpegel lässt einem dann rasch das SPA verlassen. Wir haben dann unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig nach nur einer Nacht abgebrochen. Sehr enttäuschend. Das geplante entspannte Wochenende im SPA Countryclub ist somit ins Wasser gefallen. Gratulieren kann man nur dem Rezeptionspersonal, das geduldig mit den mannigfachen Beschwerden umzugehen hatte.
