It was a really lovely stay
Pros:

The hotel staff was really welcoming and friendly, there was plenty of parking space andit was totally free, we had to leave early so the hotel manager was generous enough to pack us a goodie bag with sandwiches, fruits and lots snacks which we really appreciate.compared to how pricey Switzerland is, the price of this hotel was great value for our money, it’s only 500 meters away from the train station and we got free visitors passes to use public transportation.which made sightseeing easier. And the breakfast buffet is simply but is one is from Europe and they are used to the European breakfast, it is 100% perfect, u get everything u would eat for breakfast in your own home.

Cons:

The room we had was extremely warm, though we had two fans we could turn on and the pillows are absolutely terrible. Take your own pillows if you can .

Pros:

Fuimos un grupo de amigos con nuestras familias y reservamos varias habitaciones. Un par de ellas eran muy amplias y con baño moderno, camas cómodas aunque demasiado bajas y todo límpio. El desayuno es correcto. Te proporcionan tarjeta de transporte público para ir a Lucerna, hay una parada de tren a 5 minutos andando.

Cons:

El resto de las habitaciones eran más antiguas, baño con bañera, abrieron ventanas por calor y se llenaron de mosquitos. No hay aire acondicionado. El hotel está al lado de carretera por lo que hay mucho ruido de camiones y coches, incluso durmiendo con las ventanas cerradas a pesar del calor que hacía, sobretodo a partir de las 5 de la mañana.

Alleen vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Rest ver onder de maat. Veel te duur voor wat je betaald.

Dat bij aankomst niemand aanwezig was. We hebben geen kop koffie en s avonds geen koud biertje/ wijntje kunnen drinken. Absoluut onder de maat.

Pros:

Für uns war die Lage super. Mit der Bahn ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und fährt mit dem Gästeticket sogar kostenlos. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man sollte unbedingt abends im hoteleigenen Restaurant essen. Sehr lecker!
