Pros:

Att personalen var hjälpsam när vi ville avboka på plats.

Cons:

Vårt ena rum var inte ordentligt städat. Det låg hår på sängen och den var vita fläckar på säng och golv. Vi fick dock fin hjälp att avboka och kunde byta hotell då de var fullbelagda.

Pros:

Good size room . A sofa available, located very close to the metro. The breakfast was ok.

No separation for shower. The whole bathroom was wet after shower

Staff - Ira on reception was helpful.

OK breakfast.

Cons:

Bathroom looks good but shower pressure is poor.
Room smaller than photos suggest.
No fridge in room - have stayed in similar quality hotels and rooms have had a small fridge.

The only thing we like was the location, everything was around the hotel including transportation.

Cons:

Not value for money, the rooms are very small, the facility has very basic amenities. If they are offering a double room then it should have space for two people. Even the breakfast was basic. The room was clean and the staff was supportive.

Pros:

La ubicación, justo al lado de una salida de metro. El personal del hotel muy atento y amable. Y la limpieza.

Cons:

Que no tuvieran recepción 24 horas. El desayuno poco variado y un poco escaso, especialmente faltan dulces. Que hagan las habitaciones cada cuatro días.

Hôtel bien placé mais un peu cher pour les services proposés
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement placé. Au dessus du métro, c’est pratique. Le quartier est bien fourni en boutique, restaurants, pharmacie et librairie.
Petite attention très agréable pour notre voyage de noces. On les avait prévenu à l’avance et nous avons eu droit à une carte et des chocolats. Merci à l’hôtel pour cette jolie attention.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était très léger pour le prix. Très peu de diversité, aucune viennoiserie. Pas de chocolat chaud (je parle de vrai chocolat avec du lait, pas de la poudre et de l’eau). On en fait vite le tour au bout de deux jours. J’ai sauté le mien le 4ème jour et j’ai préféré un café en face de l’hôtel.
À partir de 17 ou 18h, il n’y a plus personne à la réception, c’est un vrai problème.
Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas, ou très mal. Du coup difficile d’aérer les chambres.
Pas de sèche serviette dans la chambre, du coup pas génial quand c’est humide pour faire sécher les serviettes ou des vêtements qu’on aurait lavés.
