Great location, lovely property and friendly staff

Cons:

Pool and area were dirty, sun loungers had mould on them and were ripped. Intercom to the hotel broken and no food allowed to be brought across?Such a shame, because it was a beautiful environment, lost opportunity for the hotel

the location is super nice right at the city walls, nice little pool area, beautiful lounge setting

Cons:

the bed- the mattress was super uncomfortable which was such a shame in the big bed and beautiful room. Also NO warm water was available neither in the evening nor in the morning.

Une adresse colorée aux portes de la Cité
Pros:

Très bon accueil, ambiance familiale, bon petit déjeuner servi à table sur la terrasse avec vue sur les remparts. Décoration gaie et soignée.

Cons:

Il faut préciser que les chambres de l'hotel Montmorency sont de l'autre coté de la route. Il faut donc la traverser pour rejoindre les installations communes, mais celle-ci n'est pas très passante.

Le paradis sur terre

Tout !!! La proximité de la cité.... l'accès piscine.... le parking sécurisé.... la chambre.... le personnel.... le petit déjeuner.... vraiment tout !!!! C'est la 2nde fois qu'on vient de Toulouse pour un concert du festival.... le top du top !!

Cons:

Rien... allez s'il fallait dire un truc on etait 2 adultes et un enfant de 11 ans et on n avait que 2 jeux de serviettes ds la sdb. Mais bon on aurait pu demander un 3ème jeu... pas grave du tout...
