Hodnocení se týká hotelu Hôtel du Château & Spa - výborná lokalita naproti hradu Carcassone. Snídaně s místními produkty servírovaná na terase s výhledem na hrad. Personál byl příjemný. Pohodlné postele. Parkování.

Cons:

Rezervaci jsme měli v hotelu Montmorency, ale check-in byl v hotelu Hôtel du Château & Spa - Teritoria, kde se servírovala i snídaně, tzn. že bychom se na snídani museli přesouvat do hotelu Hôtel du Château & Spa - Teritoria. Na stránkách hotelu Montmorency o tomto nebyla ani zmínka, fotky ukazují terasu hotelu Chateau & Spa - pro klienta matoucí/zavádějící. Raději jsme si připlatili za pokoj v hotelu Hôtel du Château & Spa - Teritoria. V pokoji nebyla příjemná světla zabudovaná do podlahy.

La petite terrasse de la chambre 30, le fait d'avoir pû prendre la chambre avant l'heure ( très apprécié avec la canicule, nous étions à vélos sur le canal du midi) merci.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ( service à table) très cher pour un choix restreint, du pain précuit ( depuis quand ? ) très très très dur, quelle déception au pays du pain et sur des sofas qui sont pas des plus adaptés pour manger

Komfortables Hotel an der Stadtmauer
Pros:

Schönes Hotel unmittelbar an der Stadtmauer gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal und umfangreiches Frühstück, das am Tisch serviert wird. Abends kann man bei einem Glas Wein den Blick auf die Mauern genießen.

Pros:

We loved everything about the property! The staff just made everything very easy from check in to information through to thoughtfulness. The location is excellent and all the facilities from the bar to the pool and beds are top notch. The air con is the room is very good. The breakfast is substantial and fresh with a good selection offered

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Everything was generally fine. Location was absolutely perfect for visiting the medieval city (its across the road!) Air conditioning worked really well in the hot climate.

Cons:

Our room was compact and the bathroom was very small as the toilet was separated into a smaller space INSIDE the bathroom. Joining the two things together which is what all other hotels generally do would make the whole bathroom experience rather more comfortable. Service at the bar was slow as the receptionist was also the bar person at times. Swimming pool was ok but looked tired, but it was warm due to the ambient heat!

Chambre spacieuse et agréable, emplacement et vue remarquable à proximité de la cité historique.
La piscine est très appréciable.
Petit déjeuner copieux servi dans un cadre agréable
