Good overall although certain aspects need attention to make it really worth the price charged.
Pros:

Staff, room and sauna were all good

Cons:

Didn't like at all the wall to wall deep pile shag carpeting in the halls and rooms. `Not only did it make wheeling suitcases difficult it just seemed really unhygienic and bad retro from the 1970's. Would suggest ripping it all out and having hard floors which would be cleaner and more stylish. Did not expect to have to either pay a 50 euro deposit prepay on check in and to have to actually pay for parking even though the hotel had a reduced rate this was an extra expense `I didn't;t expect.

Super Hotel!!!
Pros:

Alles perfekt! Super nettes Personal an der Rezeption und Bar/Restaurant. Zimmer sehr nice, mit Ausblick! Man fühlt sich direkt wohl.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage des Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Etwas, das sich kaum ändern lässt: nur ein (1) kleiner Lift für das ganze Haus.

Pros:

I have been staying at this hotel once a month for the past 10 years, and it always feels like coming home.

The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

Wonderful comfortable clean hotel with lovely helpful staff - a must stay in K Town
Pros:

fantastic shower, overhead and handheld. Big mirror in hallway. Large room. Amazing breakfast. Very comfortable. Quiet, couldn't hear the street. Central to shops and also not far to walk to the Kammgarn venue.
Parking underground for 16 euro a night. Very good air con.

Cons:

Bed was too soft for my back, but I think this would suit all those that dont like hard mattresses.
There was a coffee machine with some pods, no normal tea bags, sugar or any type of milk. I had brought my own teabags, but for that price, at a least provide some tea making bits as there is an electric kettle there.

Super Aufenthalt - allerdings waren wir auch nur eine Nacht
Pros:

Die Lage ist echt top und das Personal an der Rezeption super freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen großen Riss an der Wand in unserem Zimmer, was nicht so schön aussah. Das sollte auf diesem Niveau mal behoben werden. Ansonsten war alles top.

Frühstück deutlich besser wie vor einem Jahr. Insgesamt sehr gut. Eierspeisen könnten noch individueller nachgefragt werden.

Cons:

Die Bar ist an so einem Tag mit 2 Mitarbeitern unterbesetzt.
