Dreadful customer service
Pros:

I can’t comment on the hotel as we never achieved our intended stay. The hotel cancelled our reservation last minute, just 24 hours before our stay, despite the fact we had made our reservation 8 months in advance. That was it, no apology, no explanation, which left us in a very difficult position trying to find a last minute alternative hotel for a Saturday night in August. Dreadful customer service, be aware.

Starting to show its age. But well priced and convenient.
Pros:

This a medium priced hotel a short distance from the Old Town main area. It does offer car parking that is convenient.
The hotel is a quirky design trying to be older than it is, but is getting dated. The rooms and bathrooms while generously were getting old and well worn. The sauna was nice, but the hot tub and steam room too cold. Staff service was helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Hotel plasat foarte central și aproape de zona Turnului cu ceas. Parcare spațioasă. Curățenia este un punct forte peste tot. Camera spațioasă și confortabilă. Personalul este amabil și prompt.

Cons:

După gustul meu mi se pare mult mai convenabil sa mănânci la restaurantele din zona cetății

שהיה נעימה במלון במיקום מצוין ושירות מעולה.
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה מאד.
מיקום המלון מצוין. יצאנו לעיר העתיקה ברגל, קרוב מאד. היתה חניה נוחה בחצר המלון.

m-am simtit minunat
Pros:

am fost impresionata de arhitectura extraordinara a hotelului, unde mobilierul aristocratic, usile, patul din lemn masiv, alaturi de picturile frumoase, creeaza o atmosfera de bun gust.

mancarea sa fie mai gustoasa.

Perfekte Ausgangsbasis um Shigisoara zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Großer kostenloser Parkplatz. Das stimmige Interieur und das große saubere Zimmer mit einem sehr guten Bett. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück. Der Wellness-Bereich mit Jacuzzi und mehreren Saunen.

Cons:

Wenn das Fenster offen war hat man das Klimagerät außen gehört. Lässt man das Fenster zu ist die Klimaanlage im Zimmer recht geräuschvoll.

Für den Wellnessbereich wäre es wünschenswert wenn dieser erst ab mindestens 16 Jahren zugänglich wäre.

חצר פנימית עם מקומות ישיבה באוויר הפתוח -מקום נהדר להעביר את הזמן לאחר טיול בעיר.

כספות (2) לא עבדו ולא שלחו את אף אחד לתקן אותן,למרות שביקשנו.כספת ננעלה וזמן רב לא הצלחתי לפתוח אותה.איש צוות הגיע לראות את המצב,אמר שעוזב לברר משהו ולא חזר.למזלי אחרי מאמצים רבים ומשחקים עם הדלת ,הצלחי להוציא את החפצים מכספת.המעצבן ,שאותו איש צוות לא שב עם פתרון ואפילו לא התעניין האם הצלחתי להוציא את החפצים.
