Der Aufenthalt in komfortablen Zimmern in einer außergewöhnlich schönen Stadt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel sind vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück sehr gut.
Auch beim 2. Aufenthalt nach 7 Jahren hier, waren wir im Grunde sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken hat die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption uns einen Schrecken eingejagt, indem sie felsenfest behauptete, wir hätten unseren Aufenthalt vorher nicht bezahlt und könnten aus diesem Grund nicht einchecken. Wir hatten bezahlt und jeder Versuch, das zu beweisen wurde abgewiesen. In ihren Unterlagen stehe, wir hätten nicht bezahlt. Das gelte für sie. Es folgte eine längere Diskussion und wir versuchten aufgrund unserer schriftlichen Unterlagen einen Konsens zu erzielen.
Als sie uns dann mit einem falschen Namen anredete, merkten wir, dass sie unsere Anmeldeunterlagen gar nicht angeschaut hatte und uns für andere Hotelgäste hielt. Darauf klärte sich der Irrtum auf und eine kurze Entschuldigung der Rezeptionistin erfolgte. Wir durften schließlich unsere Räume beziehen.

Locatia centrala si mic dejun foarte bun. Curatenie peste tot si liniste . O amintire foarte placuta si in mod sigur o sa mai revenim la acest hotel.
