Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit gehobener Ausstattung
Pros:

Super Frühstück (Buffet und individuelle Zubereitung Eierspeisen), sehr sauber, gehobene und moderne Ausstattung, SPA mit Fitnessbereich auf 2 Etagen, der besser ist als mein Sportstudio. Als wir einmal zu spät zum Frühstück kamen, wurde das in der Schließung befindliche Buffet für uns extra noch einmal aufgemacht - sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend - haben wir so noch nie erlebt.

Cons:

Zu hohe Getränkepreise im Lobbybereich. Wir hätten gerne öfter am Abend die Hotelbar im EG benutz, aber die Preise waren zu hoch (ca. 50% über den Preisen in der Stadt).

Le petit déjeuner aucun sucré mise à part nutella mais le pot reste ouvert le long du service deplus des céréales mélangés avec d autres.
Aucun pain simit et yaourt proposé ou jus d orange
La salle sent le pipi de chat et nest pas bien entretenu car elle reste ouverte jour et nuit pour accès Ascenseur cest tres mal agencé.
Le système du règlement avant de quitter la chambre bloqué sur carte d accès donc passage obligé a la réception.
Le Mobilier dans chambre est vieux et les fissures apparaissent dans murs.
Les draps sont tâches
La cabine de douche a revoir car de l eau au sol tres rapidement.
La clim est tres Bruyante.
Les matelas de mauvaise qualités et les chambres niveau ménage laisse à désirer !

Központi helyen van,közel van minden, jó a szoba, barátságos a személyzet, az étel is jó volt.
Pros:

A reggeli finom volt és változatos. Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes, minden nagyobb nevezetesség közel van.Kék mecset, topkapi palota,bazilika ciszterna, hagia szophia.5-10 perc gyalog. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész. Korán érkeztünk már 11kor ott voltunk, 4 szobát foglaltam ami délután 2től elfoglalható. 2 szobát már akkor kaptunk, így le tudtunk pakolni.

We namen half pension. Ontbijt was ok, maar voor het avondeten kregen we een half kommetje soep, een paar stukjes oud brood, en steeds een bord met rijst (1/4 bord), heel veel rauwe wortels en witte kool (1/2 bord) en dan nog een klein portietje (1/5 bord) met iets wat vlees moest voorstellen. Het was beschamend! Daarna een bordje watermeloen. (Wat ik niet lust) We konden niets bijvragen, of kiezen, de borden werden ons aan tafel gebracht, en daarna verdween de ober weer. Zelf in een gevangenis krijg je beter eten, en daar moet je niet zoveel voor betalen.
De kamers zijn sterk verouderd, als je iets aanraakt, valt het uit elkaar….de lift werkt niet altijd. De kamer ruikt muf als je de ramen niet open laat staan.
Het personeel is ronduit onbeschoft… daar hebben we meermaals getuige van geweest. (Receptie is ok, maar personeel bij eten is onbeschoft). Het dakterras is vervallen en de accommodatie voor het ontbijt is lelijk en vuil)

Mindenhez közel volt, mellette kisbolt, étterem, mindenki nagyon kedves volt. A takarítók becsületesen végezték a dolguk. A szoba teljesen megfelelt az igényeinknek( mi csak aludni voltunk kb.)

Cons:

A személyzet egyik tagja(idősebb úriember) nem volt éppen segítőkész. A hölgy, a reggelit végigkísérő úr, a 2 fiatalabb recepciós férfi is nagyon kedves volt, 0-24 segítségünkre álltak!

Our stay there was average but the room condition affected our experience.
Pros:

Location was 10/10 as everything was within walking distance. We loved the view of blue mosque from the rooftop.

Cons:

The condition of the room was very disappointing. When we checked in, the room had not been cleaned properly, which gave a bad first impression.
The bathroom was covered in mold, especially around the shower and corners, and it was clear that it had not been cleaned properly for a long time. There was also a strong moldy smell in the room every time we returned and opened the door. We tried opening the windows every day to air the room out, but the smell always came back. The room did not feel fresh, clean, or well maintained, and it made our stay much less comfortable than expected.
