Friendly staff and great breakfast highlights of this slightly tired hotel
Pros:

Lots of positives including friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and a wonderful onsen. Nice pool area.

Cons:

Strange layout from main hotel to tower, carpets in corridors and bedrooms a bit tired. TV lounge hours restricted and you had to buy item from bakery to access.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Easy to get around in the Naha area. Always a taxi to grab if you need one. There is a supermarket across the street that makes it handy if you need anything and a 7/11 and cute boutique store in the lobby with local souvenirs and products. The Fountain restaurant had a very good breakfast and the bar on the 12th floor has an amazing view. A great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Happy hour watching the ships come in before going out for dinner or if you are too wiped out their dishes are quite tasty also.

Cons:

The escalator was broken... so we just got in a few more steps.

La piscina aperta fino alle 20, l’onsen fino alle 24
Il 7eleven dentro la struttura, aperto fino alle 23
Colazione internazionale ma anche ricca di tipicità del luogo davvero gustosa e ricca

Pros:

It was convenient to stay at this hotel. 7/11 and gift shop was there. And cross the hotel there is a super market. The only I didn't like walking around out side near the hote with my daughter , isbecause there is many gentlemen club.

心身共に癒されたよ
Pros:

海が見える部屋は広々としていて、ベランダに座って眺めているだけで癒されました。
部屋のアメニティや飲み物も心配りを感じました。部屋着も快適。

併設されている温泉も清潔で気持ち良くのんびり過ごせました。温泉の受付の方からロッカーキーとタオルをもらうのですが、スタッフが常にいるので安心感がありました。

朝食もゆったり落ち着いて食事出来ました。
美味しかったです。

Cons:

良くなかったではなく提案なのですが、

スパタワーのチェックインラウンジが15~18時？までだったのを知らず、時間を過ぎて行ったら閉まっていて、どこでチェックインを良いのか迷ってしまいました。

なのでチェックインラウンジが開いている時間と、もし閉まっている時はメインのフロントでチェックインする案内がドア付近にでもあれば分かりやすいのではと思いました。

荷物をチェックイン前に預けたのでその時に伝えてもらえたらと思いました。
