Cons:

We checked in and once we got to our room we found extremely large roaches. We immediately grabbed our belongings and went back to the front desk. The employee changed our room to a smaller room that could not accommodate our family and had mold all over its HVAC unit. We then decided it was best to checkout.

Pros:

We loved the pool area and arcade for the kids

Cons:

I was told at that they do not having a cleaning crew in the summer it was a skeleton crew and if we needed more towels that they could send it to the room or sheets but that's it, l think that is crazy because when you have kids you go through towels and trash needs to be changed and cleaned some.The buffet was okay but they need more room for people to eat and more drinks for kids they just had orange juice and coffee and it was so hott in one of the eating rooms for breakfast. Staff was nice but they need more staff to clean around the place.

Can’t say anything. Nothing was a stand out. Very disappointed.

The place was filthy, electrical outlets didn’t work, ice machine broken, breakfast wasn’t as advertised.

The convenience it was to everything on our trip.

Cons:

The toilet seat was very wobbly thought it was going to break. Also, mentioned it to a staff member and thought it was a joke. Also not enough towels at times.

This was a horrible experience.

Cons:

First of all the room I rented was a king and I got a queen. The air conditioner in the room leaked and half the floor (carpet) was soaked and the front desk did not care. When we told the attendant he just said “oh man”. Also I was told on the phone that the pool tables worked and when we got there they were out of order. Waste of money.
