Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple reviewers explicitly note the hotel was clean ("clean small rooms", "Hotel was clean"); overall cleanliness is consistently positive.
Service
9
Strongly positive comments about staff and check-in throughout reviews ("Very attentive staff", "スタッフの対応が良かった", "スタッフがみなさんステキでした"); service is a pronounced strength.
Location
8.5
Several reviewers cite convenient location (near restaurants, train station, close to airport). One transport-related complaint about early-morning taxi availability slightly tempers this but overall location is a clear positive.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms described as small but clean; no major complaints about condition, so room quality is acceptable though modest in size.
Amenities
7.2
Breakfast and welcome beverages are available (positive), but at least one reviewer noted lack of an air purifier and limited early-morning transport support, making amenities mixed.
Value for Money
7
Mixed signals: several reviewers call it cheap/affordable and good value, while one reviewer explicitly said it was "リーズナブルではなかった" (not reasonable). Overall value is slightly above average to average.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Breakfast is available and arrival beverages/welcome drink are noted positively; limited mentions otherwise, so F&B is modestly positive.
Overall Experience
7.2
Overall impressions are positive due to service and cleanliness, with some downsides (small rooms, mixed comments on value, amenity gaps and an isolated transport complaint) leading to a generally favorable but not exceptional overall experience.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and there was a set of beverages available on our arrival.

Cons:

We were told there is no morning taxi to the airport (around 6AM) so we had to walk for an hour. On our way however we saw a few taxis going to the airport.
