Volveré a este hotel cuando regrese a Frankfurt
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación.
Habitación muy buena, aunque con ventanas chicas.
Tuve un problema de limpieza con una toalla que estaba sucia, pero la respuesta fue excelente e inmediata.
El personal muy amable.
El desayuno muy bueno.

El precio lo encontré un poco alto.

Pros:

Stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The front desk staff were warm and genuinely attentive, even communicating in Arabic, which made the whole stay feel personal rather than transactional. The bellboy service was excellent, and the level of support throughout matched what you'd expect from a true five-star property.

The hotel itself was immaculate; cleanliness was on point throughout, and every detail of the service felt considered.

This is exactly what a five-star stay should look like. Would absolutely stay again.
