One of my favorite hotels in Europe
Pros:

Another wonderful stay at JW Marriott. The service was outstanding as always, and the breathtaking skyline view at night made the experience truly unforgettable. One of the finest hotels in Europe, and I look forward to returning again.

Not prepared for international guests
Pros:

At this day and age, it is unfathomable that a hotel which presumably is among the better ones in Frankfurt has only one type of power plug in the room.

That leaves only a portion of European guests with the privilege of accessing power. UK guests? Nope. North American guests? Also nope. South American guests? Hmmm … nope.

There are probably 12 power outlets in the room. But all exclusively German style.

Ask the concierge for an adaptor: sorry, we have given them all out.

Good Stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The location was really good and everything was at walking distance. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a good view

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable at all. For a room of 3 people just 3 0.7 Litre water bottles were given daily. A normal human needs about 2-3 Litres.

The bed was comfortable. Location was excellent.

Cons:

Housekeeping only came around at 6 pm after I go back to the room for the night. Rooms are not soundproofed properly and one can hear the neighbours as well as traffic in the hallway very well. Made for early morning unfortunately.

Schönes, hochwertiges Hotel mit tollem Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption. Das Bett war super. Zimmer ausreichend groß und gut zum Flur hin isoliert. Alles sehr sauber. Lage direkt an der Hauptwache, ist Vorteil und Nachteil zugleich. Toll, den (mittelwarmen) Pool im Fitnessstudio nutzen zu können, auch wenn man ein Stückchen laufen muss. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben die halbtransparente Wand zum Bad hin nicht verstanden. Wenn jemand nachts ins Bad geht und Licht anmacht, ist es im Zimmer total hell. Vielleicht, um ein bisschen Tageslichtgefühl im Bad zu erzeugen? Aus meiner Sicht eher ein Bug als ein Feature. Aber eine Kleinigkeit, alles andere top!
