Lage ist toll, Lobby ist sehr schön, Personal ist freundlich. Das Zimmer, welches ich mit Upgrade gebucht habe, war schön groß, es gab gratis Wasserflaschen und das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Der heißeste Tag des Jahres, ich habe ein Hotel explizit mit Pool gesucht. Pool war geschlossen und es müsste klarer drauf hingewiesen werden, dass der Pool bei Fitness First ist. Also kein eigener. Meine Dusche STANK extrem und mir ist der Duschkopf fast entgegen geflogen, ich musste selbst alles wieder zusammen bauen. Dafür zahle ich nicht so viel geld.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The reception staff were exceptionally kind, understanding, and helpful throughout our stay. Since our young son was unwell, they kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made a huge difference. They were also incredibly thoughtful and did their best not to disturb him while he was sleeping. We truly appreciated their care and compassion.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding.

We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Frankfurt. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant.

Quite disappointing for a luxury hotel
Pros:

The location is good, and the staff replacing the bartenders on Saturday night made good efforts

Cons:

We arrived at 5:30pm and had to wait till 6pm to get our room when the check in is 3pm. The aircon was not working properly

Pros:

Schönes und modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage. In den Zimmern ist es sehr ruhig, vermutlich schallisolierte Fenster. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Großer Fernseher, den man zum Bett oder zum Sitzbereich drehen kann. Super bequeme Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche.

Cons:

Trotz viel Personal beim Frühstück musste man auf Getränke usw. lange warten. Jede Tasse Kaffee wird extra bestellt, ins Tablet eingegeben, aus dem Automaten gelassen und von einer Mitarbeiterin gebracht. Die Auswahl vom Essen beim Frühstück war nicht 5* . Die Speisekarte mit den Eierspeisen war sehr klein geschrieben, dass man diese kaum lesen konnte.
