Fall in love with Frankfurt
Pros:

Location very nice rooms with good view . Staff are very nice and friendly overall make your stay good .

Cons:

Last day the Fo team in evening was not very very helpful . Room service did not answer the phone and we had to go down to order food . Ordered for a freezer to cool insulin ice pack it did not work And finally ms yosmin agreed to freeze it below in kitchen area , but in morning on check out it was not frozen but kept in the fridge which we could have kept in mini bar ourself . We explained several times it has to be ice cream like frozen to sustain a long journey but again wrong communication . This was the most disappointing aspect for us as it is medication and when the hotel cannot resolve the problem in four days it is stressful . As a guest better communication in the team would be helpful as we had to explain everytime a new staff was there . But overall excellent place nice food good friendly staff from all department . We thank Mr Romano dir of rooms for all us help and Mr Daniel in bar for lovely cocktails and Mr chafik in fo .

Perfect
Pros:

A beautifully clean hotel with professional and friendly staff. Everything is conveniently close by. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is exactly as it should be.
