Pool and hot tub were broken
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable—common areas and rooms felt neglected and poorly maintained. The pool was especially concerning, with murky, dirty water that made it completely unusable.
To make matters worse, there were no towels available for guests, for entire stay which is a basic expectation. Our room was never cleaned for our entire stay. None of the ice machines on any floor were working during our stay, adding further inconvenience.
It also appeared the hotel was severely understaffed. With a full hotel, there simply weren’t enough staff members available to address issues or assist guests in a timely manner. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.
Only two towels
It was close to the airport. Clean and comfortable

There was no bottled water and no continental breakfast.
Clean, well-appointed rooms with quality in-room coffee and brewer.
My accepted request on "Booking.com" for early check-in one hour prior to the usual time was not honored.
The elevator doors were very noisy, which led to my concern about the overall maintenance of the entire elevator mechanism.
The room was large and clean
Elevator not working. Ladies bathroom in the pool area not working. Hot tub was gross
Rooms were tidy and comfortable.
Main doors didn’t work, had to use side door. Their system was down for over an hour and we couldn’t check in when we arrived. Hot tub was out of order, we were told it will be open the next day and it wasn’t.
I would like to sincerely recognize the exceptional front desk staff, culinary ( Gagan) and Kiren the wait staff at the hotel. The chef and kitchen team delivered meals that were not only beautifully presented but full of flavor and consistency. The wait staff were equally impressive—attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing an outstanding dining experience. Their teamwork, professionalism, and positive energy truly elevated our business stay.
