Pros:

Breakfast was good. There was a buffet, and you could get a cooked-to-order breakfast. They even prepared a brown bag "take away" breakfast for us for our early morning departure. Staff was very helpful. The hotel was a short walk from the Mersey ferry, Beatles Story museum, Cavern district and the pedestrian area, and the Moorfields stop on the Merseyrail blue and green lines.

Cons:

Not much storage. More would be helpful for a stay longer than a couple of days. Don't get the Benedict Florentine for breakfast. The hollandaise is sketchy.

The location to visit the city was perfect. Breakfast was superb, as were the staff.

Cons:

Could not fault the hotel, the location, food and staff were all excellent. The evening menu was quite limited but, met with our needs on arrival.
