The breakfast was fantastic. So much choice
Nothing actually, if I was being picky the room could do with a freshen up
Very friendly and helpful staff, good-sized pleasantly decorated room, comfortable bed.
The rug in the room could have done with a better clean. Raised it with reception who were very apologetic and took it up with house-keeping.
Great comfortable beds and lovely waterfall shower. Very quiet and relaxing room. Excellent location in city centre. Friendly knowledgeable reception staff.
Hardly any dairy alternatives or non pork alternatives at breakfast. When I asked for sourdough I was told
It would have traces of milk therefore I couldn’t have it. I said I was fine with sourdough but this was refused. You should offer non dairy yoghurts, and more protein rich options at breakfast. Fruit salad would be great.

Air con didn't work & even though I mentioned to receptionist, it wasn't fixed . The room was very warm .

Staff friendly , polite and mostly helpful except with the locked and then broken room safe.
Male bar man too attentive.
Made me feel uncomfortable when I had a meal in the hotel restaurant on Friday night.
Kept waiting in my room for maintance man to un lock my safe for an hour.
Then told over phone he wasn’t in until 10 am.
Reception staff had to telephone the General manager for advice.
Then she proceeded to my room and had to brake open the safe with screw driver.
As a needed to contact my husband in France, to let him know I was ok.
He was concerned about me staying in the city on my own.
Even through we are both originally from Merseyside.
France is one hour a head of England time wise.
