Pros:

Todo está muy bien en este hotel: la ubicación, cerca del centor y del puerto, la habitación muy moderna y nueva, las zonas comunes muy agradables, el desayuno muy completo, la relación calidad precio es buenísima, en general es muy recomendable, y el personal muy agradable, además de que huele muy bien en todo el hotel.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Nice to have water in the room.

Cons:

The liquid soap bottles where empty. View was a wall of another building. Breakfast very average i had a better choice and better quality breakfast in hotel indigo in Cardiff.

Pros:

Location, room big. Comfortable bed. dtaff friendly and helpful. Able to leave luggage with reception at no additional charge during day of check out.

Cons:

Free breakfast quite basic. Would have been nicer to have a buffet style breakfast for wider choice.

Friendly, helpful Staff and great location
Pros:

Location, close to the docks, Castle Street and The Cavern Quarter , friendly staff, Julia who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Luggage held on day of departure.
Comfy Beds, pillows. Fridge in room, Fresh water everyday, very clean, good Aircon . Quiet location

Cons:

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the breakfasts. My daughter did enjoy the eggs hollandaise sauce and eggs on smashed avocado. I found the cooked breakfast cold and just wasn’t tasty. Croissants were stale on the first day. I think they should look at their suppliers and also provide more variety of crusty bread/rolls.
I would definitely stay again but room only and go out for breakfast, it’s a lovely hotel and I did enjoy my stay.

Lage. Alle Touristischen Orte sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
Sehr gute Dusche!

Cons:

Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Unzuverlässige Liftzufuhr, die Lüftung stellt immer wieder ab.
Schlechte Beleuchtung im Bad.

Breakfast is not the best quality for the price charged per person and if we stay again we will not book breakfast because of the quality
