Decent basic room and amenities. Great coffee machine (Nespresso) in the room. Decent service at the reception. The breakfast seemed nice enough, although I didn't have it. Great location, super well connected with tram stop just round the corner. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Worked well for a basic one-night halt.

Cons:

The bed was super small - more like a railway berth. I wish it was a foot wider. If you're a bit well-built or well-rounded, you may struggle. An additional problem was the light switches were exactly behind where you'd keep the pillow. So they kept turning on at night when I twisted and turned, which made my sleep even more disturbed.

Muy cómoda la ubicación, cerca de museos y medios de transporte

Cons:

En el baño no había ningún lugar para colgar las toallas. Eramos 3, por lo que teníamos 6 toallas usadas, en un baño pequeño. Es un detalle, pero termina siendo incómodo.

A spacious, clean room, but a little overpriced for a three-star hotel.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, with power sockets next to the beds. There were also plenty of towels. Friendly stuff.

Rude and unhelpful
Pros:

It was local to where I wanted and I booked for the novelty for my daughter as she loved Van Gogh.

Cons:

Just about everything. The front desk staff were rude to say the least. The gentleman that 'greeted' us treated me like I was trash in his yard. Flapped his arm in the general direction of our room with no help AND certainly no courtesy.
Then my daughter had a shower and the drain was so blocked, IT FLOODED THE FLOORS AND ROOM. I had to clean it up and go to the desk for help. Eventually someone came. By then I had it mostly taken care of.
I should be compensated for this absolutely pathetic service.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel : le tram est à 30 mètres, tous les musées sont à 5 mn à pied. Pour le reste voir en dessous...

Cons:

Mal accueillis par un réceptionniste désagréable, puis visiblement agacé par nos questions sur la clim (bruyante avec des bruits d'eau dans les tuyaux) et le code wifi (que nous n'avions pas vu sur la carte avec les clés), bref l'accueil est à revoir... Pour la chambre : toute petite sous les toits (401) , et l'eau qui coule de la fenêtre lorsqu'il pleut fort, formant une flaque sur le rebord en bois...seul point positif la salle de bain propre et agréable. Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel , et franchement ça ne vaut pas les 200€/nuit petit déjeuner inclus.
