Dit hotel verdient echt geen 3 ***
Pros:

Er werd aan een schappelijke prijs een parkeerplaats voor de duur van ons verblijf geregeld.
Het Italiaanse restaurant (naast de deur en blijkbaar deel van het hotel) is lekker.

Cons:

Heel heel heel kleine kamer met een nog kleinere badkamer. Alles heel erg basic en een grote schoonmaak zou wel eens nuttig kunnen zijn.

Un séjour tout simplement fantastique, grâce à un personnel hors du commun et un emplacement parfait

Le personnel était extraordinaire : bienveillant, serviable et plein de bons conseils sur les activités et visites à faire. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, en face de l'embarcadère et à pied du centre-ville. Les équipements et facilités de l'hôtel ont également été très appréciés.

Cons:

Rien à signaler sur le séjour en lui-même. J'ai eu une rage de dents, mais l'hôtel a fait preuve d'une aide précieuse en mobilisant son réseau local pour me trouver un rendez-vous chez un dentiste le jour même !, ce qui n'était pas gagné d'avance aujourd'hui en France...

Lovely short stay
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The Italian restraint is excellent.
Its very coinvent for the ferry to Lausanne.
