La climatisation a permis de traverser la canicule sans trop souffrir de la chaleur dans la chambre.
La qualité du petit-déjeuner n'était pas au rendez-vous.
Les finitions dans la chambre et surtout dans la salle de bains sont à refaire (caches manquants par exemple). Rien qui n'empêche l'ensemble d'être fonctionnel, mais ce n'est pas en accord avec le standing visé.
Il y a eu beaucoup de nouveaux employés qui sont arrivés lors de mon séjour, les manageurs n'ont pas jugé pertinent d'aller dans une autre pièce que celle du petit-déjeuner pour les accueillir. Les instructions étaient donc données devant tous les clients. S'ils avaient le malheur de ne pas comprendre tout de suite (y compris avec la barrière de la langue pour certains), les manageurs les traitaient alors irrespectueusement. Si jamais je devais chercher un emploi, je n'irai sûrement pas chez eux !

Great location not far from the train station and restaurants.
Every time someone walked in the room above, it sounded throughout our room. Very loud. Sofa bed is very hard and uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. Ok if you are a heavy sleeper or have kids who don’t mind what the bed feels like. Booked through booking.com with balcony, only to get there to find out there is no balcony.
Hygiene at high Level. Water bottle refilling for free, as well as coffee machine available for free. We really enjoyed it there.

Det lå fint i forhold til metro. Personalet var meget bestemte og sure. Der står at der er parkering på hotellet, men det var der ikke for os, vi skulle parkere ved et andet hotel. Der var myrer på værelset, vi kunne ikke skifte værelse før dagen efter om aftenen, så vi skulle sove med myrer kravlende på os.

L’hôtel est agréable et la chambre était propre et confortable. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir disposer d’un parking, ce qui était pratique pour notre séjour.
L’accueil à notre arrivée aurait pu être plus chaleureux. Nous avons rencontré quelques difficultés avec l’ouverture et la fermeture du portail du parking et, lorsque nous avons demandé des renseignements, nous avons trouvé le ton employé assez hautain et peu agréable. Nous avons également attendu plusieurs minutes à l’accueil avant que quelqu’un ne vienne s’occuper de nous. C’est dommage, car cela a quelque peu terni notre première impression de l’établissement.
