Stunning hotel
Pros:

Lovely, helpful staff. Superb room and facilities. Great location on the edge of the old town. Would definitely stay here again if in Heidelberg. Highly recommended.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht im Hotel. War aber alles perfekt. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber, klimatisiert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

It was the highight of a month of traveling in Europe and thankfully the hotel had good AC
Pros:

The staff was outstanding, super attentive and professional but at the same time friendly. Location was very convenient and we walked to ferry and the castle and shopping. The facility is both cheerful and old world luxury. We ate dinner on site and it was limited but superb and charmeing. Waitstaff was young and charming

One of the best hotels in the world for sure
Pros:

A truly beautiful hotel with the ultimate care, attention and a dedicated team.
A good spa area and all areas maintained to a top level.

Cons:

A little irritant was charging €7 for a half of avocado at breakfast when I am spending €1000 for 2 nights with breakfast seems petty

Pros:

Sehr geschmackvolle und hochklassige Einrichtung. Das Frühstück entspricht einem Hotel dieser Klasse, das Personal empfanden wir als sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm eingerichtet, besonders das Bett war sehr bequem. Gern wieder.

A stunning hotel that has more than lived up to expectations.
Pros:

The hotel is exceptional, the staff are fantastic and the attention to detail is absolutely second to none. Beds were super comfortable, rooms are spacious, the spa was quiet, the level of finish, throughout the is excellent. As an independent family run hotel I can only congratulate the family and team for delivering an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this to all travellers.
