Bath was not usable. Looks as if it had been downgraded to a less luxurious room than we paid for.
Working bath.
Location and facilities. The staff , from the waiters to management, where fantastic. Ever helpful and attentive.
Very confusing layout. Reception is miles away from the entrance. The hotel caters for functions and large groups not for individual travelers. My room was okay. But had problems with entrance card. Hot water took about 5 min to come threw.

Garden tables, chairs and wine barrels need a bit of maintenance.

I enjoyed interactions with staff. They are extremely polite and helpful.
The fact the you allow people - and we know what people can be like - to make and receive calls in the dining room. This MUST BE PROHIBITED. Nobody cares if they want to use their cell phones for other purposes, e.g., scrolling, but not listing to music or talking because that disturbs other diners. The should step out of the dining room to do that. It can easily be done in like many restaurants in Italy and France are now doing with a polite notice requesting compliance.

The images online looked nothing like the reality of the accommodation. Everything felt misrepresented
Good location, relaxed friendly space as well as helpful and friendly staff
The place was amazing, absolutely beautiful. You didnt feel like you were in a city at all. The room was a very good size with a bathroom that had a bath and a shower. The bed was comfortable and also a decent size. All the staff were friendly and happy to help.
The only part I didnt like was that the Internet in the room wasnt the best. At night when you just wanted to relax after a day of traveling and sightseeing, the Internet wasnt always working and would stop connecting at some point during the evening.
Riani en span was skitterend. Ons bruilofsfees was wonderlik. Dankie vir die opstel van die saal en die ete. Die ontbyt buffet was baie lekker. Ons het die verskeidenheid brode veral die piesangbrood baie geniet. Die eende wat kom kuier in die ontbyt lokaal was oulik. Die hoenderhaan moet leer om bietjie later te slaap voordat hy so vroeg kraai in die oggend. (Net 'n grappie). Die gaste het baie komplimente gehad oor hoe mooi KleinKaap is. 'n Ware juweel in Centurion.

Was a great stay with a really stunning room.
Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Especially the staff at the bar and at breakfast.
Super clean room with amazing garden views. Very comfortable stay.
The security on duty was extremely nonchalant. Leaving us outside the main gate at 2am for roughly 10 minutes.
The breakfast was terrible at best. Ordered some fried eggs and 30 minutes later we were still waiting.
