The best stay we’ve ever had!
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so helpful, food was delicious and the facilities were fantastic. Our room was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience.

Unforgettable
Pros:

It was beautiful!! We arrived at night and they gave us a tour of the resort using a golf cart. The staff were so friendly and helpful that I cannot describe. I spent time having long conversations with them and we shared things about out personal lives.

Amazing
Pros:

The hotel is located next to the monkey forest and surrounding restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel looks bigger and better than in the photos. Photos don't do the hotel justice. The hotel is clean and QUIET, :) and the staff are amazing. We would definitely stay again next time we visit.

Spa vraiment très agréable

Cons:

Un peu de bruit de la rue au loin. L’agitation d’Ubud n’est pas loin, mais l’hôtel est très calme

Pros:

C est la 2 eme fois que nous venons et nous sommes toujours aussi ravie. L équipe à tous les niveau est serviable et à l écoute. Le cadre est magnifique. Que dire nous reviendrons une 3 eme fois!!!! Le restaurant ainsi que le petit déjeuner un vrai délice !! L emplacement est idéal 🥰

Es war perfekt. Man kann es garnicht in Worte fassen. Der Aufenthalt war der Wahnsinn. Lage, Hotel, Personal, Hotel... Es war super. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen riesig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Pool hin. Es war unglaublich schön. Es kam zweimal am Tag der Zimmerservice, um das Zimmer zu reinigen und für die Nacht vorzubereiten. Das Personal war sofort hilfsbereit und hatte sehr gute lokale Empfehlungen für uns. Einfach wow.

As a gay couple, we didn't know how we would be received. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, welcoming hospitality. We never sensed any negative vibes. We always felt comfortable being ourselves.
