Not the best. But cost the most. And seeking more profit.
Pros:

Lovely team, restaurant and location.

Cons:

Everything was about profit making. Everything had a price noted next to it such as beach/ pool bag in bedroom. The bath bombs in bathroom. The disclaimers we had to sign quickly without due time to read after a long journey. The information that a token very small birthday cake etc would be chargeable even though advance notice of guests celebration was given ( though in the end they didn’t charge) it was a blight on our celebration. The long uphill walk to the pool rooms ( not mentioned or shown clearly in promotional photos advertising the hotel. This was difficult for elderly people.

Pros:

Çok temiz, güler yüzlü çalışanlar, sorunsuz, housekeeping çok başarılı, kahvaltı gayet iyi,konumu mükemmel, normal havuza bitişik olan sıcak açık hava havuzunda oturmak çok keyifli, 5 gün içerisinde birkaç kez otelin ortak bahçesinde maymun gördük ancak zararsızlardı.

This villa the serenity was amazing all the staff were kind and friendly and help us with our commute to our next destination no hesitation. The area was clean and just an all round beautiful spot

Pros:

Schöne Hotelanlage, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Gym hat alles zu bieten was man für ein schnelles Workout benötigt.
Das spezielle ist, dass es in einem Affenpark liegt, was aber auch Nachteile hat.
Man sollte aber mal die Erfahrung gemacht haben.

Cons:

Villa mit Pool nicht unbedingt nötig, haben Ihn wegen den Affen nicht genutzt weil es unhygienisch ist.
Das Frühstück war gut aber man hatte keine große Auswahl.
Wenn man Angst vor Affen hat sollte man das Resort meiden.

Tolle Hotelanlage
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool. Die Einrichtung war sehr komfortabel mit einem sehr bequemen weichen Bett. Der Pool war sehr groß mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, vor allem beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist ala carte zu bestellen. Kleine aber feine Auswahl. Witzig fanden wir die Affen, die frühmorgens um 6:00 in die Anlage gekommen sind. Sind aber harmlos.

Graži aplinka, švaru, baseine vanduo šiltas, nesijaučia chloro kvapas. Maistas skanus, tik trūko įvairovės. Gera lokacija.

Cons:

Per daug maloniai įkyrus viešbučio personalas. Tik atėjus į restoraną, darbuotojų daug, lankytojų mažai, tai dėmesio žymiai per daug, su visais pasisveikink, visiems nusilenk. Kambariai tvarkomi du kartus per dieną, ryte ir dar kiekvieną vakarą ateina ir klausia ar viskas gerai, norėjosi daugiau privatumo, mažiau įkyrumo.
Gyvenome savaitę laiko, per pusryčius kasdien gaudavome vaisių lėkštutę , kurie 7dienas iš eilės buvo tie patys (arbūzas,papaja,ananasas), norėjosi įvairovės, pakeisti kitais.

Pros:

My mother and I stayed here and we loved the property. They give a lot of attention to detail and actually care about their guests. The breakfast is great and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. We were scared of the monkeys so they would keep a guard outside to make sure they didn't come to us. The location is walking distance from Ubud market as well.

Cons:

Many monkeys during the day, but they brief you at check-in and help you if you are scared. Also it's in the name so it was not a surprise.

Pros:

A tranquil oasis in Ubud.
The staff were absolutely superb, gentle, thoughtful and kind and made the stay for us.
Extremely clean, wonderful facilities, quiet and peaceful.
