Top en ik ga zeker nog eens terug.
Pros:

Locatie, uitzicht , bedden en natuurlijk het eten! Prachtig aan het water waar alle boten aanvaren en het was ongelofelijk hoe de bediening was. Vooral de vriendelijke ober Bilal die altijd en elke dag met een smile ons hielp bij ontbijt en middag.

Schönes Komplex mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet
Pros:

Einfach ein tolles Hotel! Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne hierher, weil ich mich jedes Mal wie zu Hause fühle. Die Atmosphäre ist herzlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, und der Service ist einfach hervorragend.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Inhaber. Er ist meistens selbst vor Ort, kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste und nimmt sich Zeit für jeden. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.

Genau diese persönliche und familiäre Atmosphäre macht dieses Hotel für mich so besonders. Klare Empfehlung – ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, ist eigentlich nur eine Kleinigkeit: Im Zimmer fehlen Haken, an denen man Bademäntel oder Handtücher aufhängen kann. Das wäre eine praktische Ergänzung und würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln – alles war hervorragend und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

اجمل وانظف فندق

اتوقع انه رقم 1 في تقييم الفنادق في فتحية لانه رائع بكل المستويات ، نظافة الغرف والخدمة جدا ممتازة ، الاكل في المطاعم الملحقة له ايضا لذيذة ،، افضل سبا عندهم وشكرا للموظفة اندي من قسم المساج لن تجدو افضل منها والجلسات الخارجية المنظر خيالي ايضا قريب من مناطق التسوق ،، فندق جميل وهادئ ومستوى راقي على اسمه .

AMAZING and very RELAXING!
Pros:

It’s a beautiful spot! Loved the ambience and atmosphere in the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities. Loved the pool! Walking distance to the town centre. Great breakfast!

the hotel is very beautiful, perfectly located near to town, and breakfast was amazing
recommending the Mori Restaurant also for dinner

Cons:

on my birthday, I had to wait until 2/3pm until the room has finally been cleaned. I received a cheesecake which was fantastic, but the hotel employee just knocked on the door and put it on the bed, candle not lighted, and no happy birthday song or anything. but everything else in the hotel was nice, only bit disappointing birthday experience.
