Pros:

Un bon hotel , très bien placé pour les chutes côté Brésilien, le Parque dos Aves et l'aéroport.

Très bien, pratique et bon petit déjeuner
Pros:

Arrivée de nuit vers 2h du matin avec un transfert van un peu sportif, bien accueillis et guidés par le gardien de nuit. Personnel sympa. Petit déjeuner très complet. Bon emplacement, on est allé au parc des oiseaux à pied. Vue sur piscine avec les oiseaux le matin.

Cons:

Les équipements ont bien vieilli. Le système de baie vitrée sur balcon est difficile à coulisser sans forcer et sans bruit. Le groupe extérieur de la climatisation fait pas mal de bruit. En arrivant pour prendre la première douche, le robinet de gauche est tombé.

Situation idéale pour accéder à pied aux chutes
Pros:

L emplacement est idéal pour accéder aux chutes et au parc aux oiseaux a pied. L hotel permet également de réserver le transfert côté argentin.

Le petit déjeuner est incroyable : diversité extra et tout est délicieux.

Cons:

La piscine un peu petite et l' absence d'information pour pouvoir se promener côté forêt.

Gâteaux au dejeuner, un véritable bonheur !
Pros:

Près des chutes 10 minutes a pied

Dejeuner bon et avec bcp de choix de très bons gâteaux, impossible de tout goûter en 2 jours tellement il y a de choix. A goûter le flanc de coco si c'est disponible. Juste wow

Personnel le soir parle bien l'anglais autant a la réception qu'au restaurant

Souper du soir était très bon et malgré qu'il n'y avait qu'un serveur, on a peu attendu, je m'attendais a pire en voyant qu'il etait seul

Le prix était acceptable

Cons:

Le check out, je n'ai pas aimé leur façon de faire. Heureusement nous étions les seuls a faire le check out sinon on aurait été en retard. On ne peut pas payer tant qu'il reste quelqu'un dans la chambre. Et on doit attendre qu'il vérifie dans notre chambre que tout est OK et qu'on n'a rien prit dans les collations ou boissons au frigo. Prévoir un temps d'avance surtout si l'hôtel est plein.

Le.bruit des avions est légèrement présent mais entre minuit et 6 am il n'y en a plus.. Malgré que jai des problèmes de sommeil et qu'au moindre bruit je me réveil, j'étais capable de m'endormir avant minuit.

Grâce au dejeuner je crois que j'y retournerais

Ne pas choisir si vous souhaiter profiter du centre , bon endroit pour les chutes, le parc des oiseaux et l'aquarium tout est a 10 minutes a pieds. Je ne conseille pas de revenir a pied si vous etes une femme seule parce que c'est peu éclairé. Il y a des réparations de la route peut etre que ca sera mieux dans quelques mois quand ils auront finit, à voir.

Je ne recommande pas cet hotel
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bon.
Bon emplacement près du parc.

Cons:

Personnel vraiment très désagréable.
La chambre était vraiment très décevante avec notamment une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas.
Il n’y avait pas de drap dans le lit de mon fils, j’ai dû réclamer et même pas un désolé…
Compliqué aussi pour avoir des informations pour le wifi ou pour la piscine.
Au moment de payer, ils ont voulu me compter une bouteille que je n’avais pas consommer donc vérifier bien vos factures…

Boa experiência, mas pode melhorar.
Pros:

Bem localizado, próximo ao aeroporto e cataratas atende muito bem para estadias curtas.

Cons:

Decoração antiga e não tem boa iluminação, as cores das paredes e piso em tom mais escuro acentua a sensação de pouca iluminação.

Pros:

The hotel was very close to the Brazil side of Iguazu Falls, and it was a ~15 minute walk. To visit the Argentina side, I booked a R$200/person transport through the hotel which, although a little pricey, was convenient.

Also, the daily hotel breakfast was really, really delicious.

Cons:

Despite the breakfast being good, the other meals offered at the hotel restaurant are nearly inedible. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge deal but this hotel has no other restaurants in walking distance to it, so this is a critical piece of information. Beyond breakfast, you can't get a good-tasting meal on-site at the hotel. My wife and I ate there once and then never again, and we also talked with other guests who felt similarly.

Also, the water pressure at the hotel was abysmal. After a 16 hour travel day, I stood underneath a lukewarm dripping shower head.

If I knew these two things ahead of time, I would've stayed elsewhere. The shower was tough, but I could somewhat handle that. But being near the airport, outside of town, and not having good on-site meals for guests for lunch and dinner would make me never stay at the hotel again.
