Previsto servizio Wifi, ma non funziona. Appena si connette si disconnette subito. Viaggiavo per lavoro ed ho dovuto pagare molto per usare l’ho risposta del mio telefono. Avevo scelto apposta un posto con Wi-Fi. Hotel rumoroso, ogni volta che una porta viene chiusa di notte, vibra tutto.

Tive um problema com reconhecimento do cartão de débito...por 3 tentativas não consegui pagar e ficaram enviando mensagens que a minha reserva poderia ser cancelada.Acho que a booking.com tinha que rever esta forma de pagamento antecipado. Não havia elevador.

Good location and comfortable room
Pros:

The place was perfect for my needs. It's close to the bus and rail stations, and therefore to the city centre, but far enough away that's it's in an area which remains quiet overnight. The room was comfortable and decently equipped, and was not cramped. As is usual with this level of accommodation, there are no catering facilities on site. But as is also usual in Spain, there is no shortage of cafes and bars nearby (breakfast was just a short walk away).
Reception is not staffed 24 hours on site, but there's a terminal thingy which is used after hours for video interaction with a remote receptionist. Once I'd worked out what was going on, I quite liked it. I don't know whether the receptionist spoke English, as I did everything in Spanish.

Cons:

I was at first surprised and disappointed that there was no air conditioning. But it turned out not really to be a problem. The nights were reasonably cool (even in August) and the area was quiet, so simply opening the window made for comfortable nights.

Excelente
Pros:

Los trabajadores del Hotel nos dieron un trato excelente y la ubicación nos vino muy bien ya que pese a estar en una avenida con mucho tráfico no se escuchaba nada y esta a prácticamente 20 min del centro

La ducha era demasiado pequeña
