Cons:

The hotel is not 5 stars - it it outdated and many parts abandoned. There is a giant tv screen in the front garden that advertises at night until late shining into windows without blackout curtains. The music is all AI in the beach restaurant where you eat. Gym is damp and dark. Simple request for an iron was met with response that the laundry was closed - it was early evening and wanted to iron my dress before going out. Bathroom roof tiles falling off, loose door handles that had to be jiggled to open room - given the amount we paid it was so disappointing.

Pleasant enough, but could be a lot better.
Pros:

Great beach location and probably the nicest property along the beachfront.
Some of the staff were very nice.
And great facilities - pool, spa, beach sun loungers etc.

Cons:

The property felt very dated and definitely not like a five star, the staff were hit or miss - some very nice while some were indifferent, walls in the room are paper thin and not very well equipped (no iron for example), and the food was not good - especially the breakfast.

In my opinion, the beach is the best in the area – wide, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was served very close to the beach, which was a nice touch, especially because of the lovely view. In the evening, the hotel had a lively atmosphere, with music and a pleasant vibe.

Cons:

I believe more attention to detail would make a big difference. During our 10-night stay, the bed sheets were not changed at all. The shower didn’t have a glass door or curtain, so the bathroom would get wet every time. The breakfast didn’t quite meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel – it was modest and lacked variety, especially when it comes to traditional Turkish options, which other 5-star hotels usually offer. The towels also felt worn out and not of high quality.

Séjour globalement agréable grâce au cadre soigné et à Gizem malgré des dysfonctionnements

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’esthétique soignée de l’établissement, qui donne immédiatement une impression de raffinement. L’ambiance était plutôt calme, idéale pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Gizem, au bar de l’hôtel, a été remarquable : professionnelle, souriante et toujours à l’écoute, elle a su rendre nos soirées encore plus agréables. La chambre était joliment décorée, fonctionnelle et très confortable ; les lits offraient un excellent soutien, garantissant des nuits reposantes.

Cons:

Le premier jour, ma carte d’accès à la chambre n’était pas fonctionnelle : j’ai dû effectuer plusieurs allers-retours à la réception pendant deux jours, car la carte marchait puis ne marchait plus à plusieurs reprises. Cette situation a été frustrante et a perturbé le début de mon séjour. Par la suite, la climatisation de la chambre s’est mise à fuir abondamment : de l’eau s’écoulait en grande quantité, apparemment au niveau du tuyau de drainage. Malgré plusieurs demandes auprès du personnel, aucune intervention n’a été effectuée. Nous avons donc dû laisser la climatisation éteinte et disposer deux serviettes par terre pour absorber les fuites chaque fois que nous l’allumions. Enfin, même si le petit-déjeuner est inclus dans la formule, il n’était pas à mon goût : les produits manquaient globalement de saveur, et l’offre, bien que variée, ne m’a pas paru de qualité suffisante pour démarrer la journée avec enthousiasme.

Прекрасное место, пляж очень комфортный с удобными лежаками и песчаным входом. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Там же можно пообедать и поужинать. Номер просторный, удобные кровати. Красивое лобби и внимательный персонал.

Cons:

На пляже очень дорогое обслуживание. Мы заказали 2 безалкогольных мохито на ключ. Уезжая оплатили аж 800 лир! Были шокированы такой ценой.

Nicht familienfreundlich, unglaublich laut!

Absolut KEINE Empfehlung für die Familien! Dieses Hotel ist gleich Hochzeitslocation mit Open-Air Parties bis 00:00 in der Nacht! Natürlich wussten wir das vor der Buchung nicht. Wir haben 2 solche Hochzeiten erlebt, die Musik war so laut wie in einem Konzert! Unser Baby konnte nicht schlafen!
Dazu noch hellhörige Zimmer, man hört die Nachbarn auf dem Klo.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug, man muss den Kinderwagen immer hochtragen.
An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt dass Wasser aus dem Supermarkt im Hotel verboten ist (ohne Begründung warum) und wir das Wasser vom Hotel bekommen sollen. Allerdings bekommt man 300 ml pro Person pro Tag, was ein Witz ist. Verstehe nicht wie sowas überhaupt möglich ist.
80% des Personals spricht kein Englisch.
Teilweise schmutziges Geschirr beim Frühstück. Die Qualität entspricht nicht 5 Sternen!

Belle hôtel belle plage grand potentiel mais le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur !! Donc le prix non plus !!!

L’établissement est très bien situé la plage est vraiment collé à l’hôtel !!
Le petit dej correct !!

Cons:

Le personnel du Beach club n’est pas à la hauteur a part le manager qui sauve un peu la façade.
Les serveurs ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing
d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et gâchent complètement l’expérience

Nous avions eu un problème avec le lavabo de SDB ils ont noté et rien a été fait,14 jours de séjour…

Cons:

Não é, nem de longe, hotel 5 estrelaa. Banheiro com problemas (goteira do vazo sanitário do andar de cima, que pinga sobre quem usa o banheiro). Sujeira e vazamento no banheiro. Barata no quarto. Dificuldade em resolver os problemas do quarto e ausência de disponibilidade para ajudar. Alem disso, a praia de Bitez não é das mais limpas.
