Great and loved it - just don't have dinner here
Pros:

Breakfast was just great considering its in Turkey. How cooked eggs to order in omelets, etc. Great fresh squeezed OJ, free water by bottle, lots of cheeses, cold meats, fresh fruit, good assortment of breads and rolls. Just remember that these are all local production, so good fruits (I mean good, not excellent) but cheeses, meats, etc. are Turkish. All inclusive breakfast and a simply marvelous breakfast area outside (its also the bar at night). Beautiful clean bathroom newly redone.

Cons:

The first room we were given strongly (yes) smelled of sewage and small. Had to walk bags down four stairs and up three or four but bellman carried. But we went to the front office and they immediately gave us a new room which was larger and more newly renovated and no problems at all. Well, the sliding door on the closet was broken but its a small thing. The shower floods the bathroom, but we used extra rolled up towels to block the flow. It worked and they were changed daily so not a problem. We found out later that the hotel is signing up as a Hilton in May 2027 - so expect big price increases and maybe a "resort charge" and other big international hotel BS. We also found out that the wing our original room is in did not meet Hilton standards and the wing will be totally remodeled. Forget about having dinner here in the gorgeous outside area by the beach. Awful food and sort of American-Italian failed food.

امام البحر مباشرة وبشاطئ خاص ومطاعم في المنطقة كثيرة وبالتاكسي 10 دقايق للمدينة القديمة وخمس دقائق لشارع صاخب جدا لان منطقة الفندق تعتبر هادئة ولا يوجد كثير من السياح فجميلة بسكونها

Location in Bitez is right on the beach and close to other restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel is not 5 stars - it it outdated and many parts abandoned. There is a giant tv screen in the front garden that advertises at night until late shining into windows without blackout curtains. The music is all AI in the beach restaurant where you eat. Gym is damp and dark. Simple request for an iron was met with response that the laundry was closed - it was early evening and wanted to iron my dress before going out. Bathroom roof tiles falling off, loose door handles that had to be jiggled to open room - given the amount we paid it was so disappointing.

Pleasant enough, but could be a lot better.
Pros:

Great beach location and probably the nicest property along the beachfront.
Some of the staff were very nice.
And great facilities - pool, spa, beach sun loungers etc.

Cons:

The property felt very dated and definitely not like a five star, the staff were hit or miss - some very nice while some were indifferent, walls in the room are paper thin and not very well equipped (no iron for example), and the food was not good - especially the breakfast.

In my opinion, the beach is the best in the area – wide, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was served very close to the beach, which was a nice touch, especially because of the lovely view. In the evening, the hotel had a lively atmosphere, with music and a pleasant vibe.

Cons:

I believe more attention to detail would make a big difference. During our 10-night stay, the bed sheets were not changed at all. The shower didn’t have a glass door or curtain, so the bathroom would get wet every time. The breakfast didn’t quite meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel – it was modest and lacked variety, especially when it comes to traditional Turkish options, which other 5-star hotels usually offer. The towels also felt worn out and not of high quality.
