Moyen pour la literie inconfortable et la clim bruyante
Pros:

L’emplacement très bien

Cons:

La climatisation fait énormément de bruit donc pas utilisable la nuit. Mais ça doit être réparable.
Un appartement pour 4 personnes mais le 2eme lit double est un lit canapé convertible qui est très inconfortable.

The definition of the bare minimum

- excellent location in the heart of florence
- spacious lodgings
- supermarket down the block
- washer in unit

Cons:

Cons:
- don't expect staff to help you with anything. They will tell you they cannot and be rude about it.
- cleaning lady only shows up at check-out to demand you take your own trash down the block.
- toilet tank dripped down on us when using the toilet
- not enough toiletries, including toilet paper, I requested more and was ignored.
- half of the appliances in our units did not function, including a shower.
- Mold in shower jets.

We got three units for seven people and had issues in all three. I wouldn't stay again.

One shower of the two in one room was not working.

Pros:

Location was excellent, close to everything, nothing more than 15-20 min walk.

Cons:

Wifi was awful. It was spotty at best, only working about half the time, and when it did work, it was slow. If you don't need wifi, then this place is good.

Location was fantastic. We also loved the workmanship of the hotel.

Cons:

If you have young kids or are elderly, the stairs leading up to the bedrooms are steep. It was not problem for us but something to consider.

Location is fantastic. Room spacious. Beautiful main entrance of a 17c building.

Cons:

I asked for two sets of blanket as I travel with my family and we would like to have separate blankets. The hotel’s response was terrible and even if it was cold at night they wouldn’t provide extra blankets. Terrible terrible attitude. PLUS - no room cleaning, no luggage keeping after check out. The washing machine didn’t work at all.
