Pros:

We love the apartments, very spacious, clean, comfortable.
We had access to a washer machine; we love that.
Great location, very close to the train station, we love it!!!

Cons:

That the person (female) who sales food just across the street from the property entrance, knows the entry code of the property. She came twice during our time there and entered the entrance code of the property, even when nobody asked her for help.

الشقة تحتاج الكثير من الصيانة والتجديد، سكنت في شقة بالطابق العلوي واضطررت لحمل حقائبي بالسلالم لأعلى، باب الحمام لا يغلق بإحكام، السرير صغير ومرتبة السرير غير مريحة، لايوجد وعاء لطبخ الاكل وانما صحون وملاعق فقط.

Baño amplio y muy completo, instalaciones limpias y cuidadas. Buenas ubicación. Atención vía mensajes a cualquier hora.

Cons:

Los horarios de check in y check out.
Los enchufes se salían y en la bañera había un desperfecto tapado con cinta. Solo faltan unos detalles para que sea perfecto.

Great location, minutes from Duomo and nice restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable, aircon was a relief in the current heat! Would happily stay again

Great location and aesthetically pleasing room greatly enhanced our stay
Pros:

This property was phenomenal and greatly enhanced our trip. The location was great, air conditioning worked well in 38°C heat, and the property overall was clean, bright and lovely. The staff was very kind and attentive and allowed us to check in early which was a life saver because one of our guests was dehydrated and ill.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence, and I will be rebooking for my next visit. Thank you again.

First of Florence has a great location on Via del Servi, only two blocks from the Cathedral di Santa Maria del Fiore and Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze. There are many convenience stores, shops, cafes, plazas and restaurants in the area. The apartment was in a great condition and very clean. The building has a good security system and generally very safe. Excellent air conditioning system.

Klasse Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, tolle Stast
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein. Das Appartement hatte eine gute Klimaanlage, was bei ca. 38° wichtig war Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte viel Flair. Man sah, dass sie mit hohem Aufwand und hochpreisigen Equipment erstellt worden war. Leider hat man die Instandhaltung versäumt. Das Gefrierfach hatte keine Tür mehr, die Toilettensitze waren heruntergekommen und unprofessionell repariert worden, es fehlten Lampenschirme, die Dusche wurde selbstständig wärmer und ließ sich nicht zurückstellen. Der Fön war mit Klebeband repariert. Es fehlte an Kochzubehör. Die Küche war mit einem Induktionsherd ausgestattet aber nur eine Pfanne von den beiden funktionierte, die Mircrowelle funktionierte nicht. Mal wieder konnte man sich wundern, dass es ausgerechnet am Geschirr und Gläsern mangelte, Dinge die kostengünstig und einfach beschafft werden können. All das war letztlich nicht wirklich gravierend, aber einfach schade, denn wir fühlten uns in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Maisonettwohnung ansonsten sehr wohl.

I’d highly recommend it
Pros:

Great location, great layout, cozy atmosphere, easy access, etc
We had everything we needed and more and it was well worth the price

Cons:

There were some bins outside that were emptied loudly starting at 5 am every morning and went on for at least an hour.
I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are super sensitive to sounds and want to sleep through the morning.
