Hôtel vétuste assez bruyant pas insonorisé. Beaucoup de circulation dans ce village.
Parking difficile d’accès et personnel peu accueillant. Repas catastrophique.

Locatie was prima. Plaatsje was goede uitvalsbasis naar mooie bezienswaardigheden

Dat het oud is maakt ons niet uit. Kamers waren schoon.

Wat ons wel tegen viel was dat het onderhoud niet op orde is. Bijvoorbeeld in badkamer zat elk rekje los. Wc doorspoel knop stuk, wastafelrekje los,knop handdoek ophangen stuk. En alle beugeltjes slap. Dat irriteert. Wat snel op te lossen is.

Ontbijt viel een wisselend tegen. Was weinig aandacht voor. Veel klanten van het dorp aanwezig waardoor ontbijt gasten hotel een beetje vergeten werden. We zaten al 10 minuten binnen voor iemand ons opmerkte. Kon koffie bestellen maar voor eventueel tweede kopje is denk ik niet mogelijk. In die drie dagen nooit aangeboden. Tweede dag alleen zoet beleg. Niet handig als diabetes. Kreeg na vraag wel een paar plakjes kaas. Hartig beleg was de andere twee dagen wel aanwezig.

Advies iets meer aandacht voor hotelgedeelte.

Bonne localisation mais besoin de rénovation

Le personnel est adorable !
Le restaurant le soir est très bon avec des prix très corrects
Localisation à 10 minutes d’un port pour naviguer sur le lac

Cons:

La chambre manque cruellement d’un coup de rafraîchissement : moisissure au plafond à de nombreux endroits, literie très ancienne

Bon accueil tres chaleureux

L.emplacement ideal pour visister bellagio et varenna c est un petit hotel familial dans la montagne c est tres verdoyant et tres apaisant
Le personnel est tres sympathique et la cuisine est bonne

Cons:

Il faisait un peu froid quand nous sommes arrivés mais il s agit d une vieille maison et le temps etait tres froid
