Cons:

Das Hotel wird zwar mit vier Sternen geführt, meiner Meinung nach entspricht der aktuelle Zustand jedoch eher zwei Sternen.
Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr abgewohnt und könnte dringend eine Renovierung vertragen. Auch das Personal war leider nicht besonders zuvorkommend und die Verständigung war schwierig, da überwiegend nur Tschechisch gesprochen wurde.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Es wurden hauptsächlich sehr einfache und günstige Lebensmittel angeboten. Besonders ärgerlich war die Kaffeemaschine, die extrem langsam arbeitete – hier musste man teilweise sehr lange warten.

Der Wellnessbereich war dagegen in Ordnung und eigentlich das positivste am gesamten Aufenthalt.

Abends musste das Essen bereits im Voraus bestellt werden, was ich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie eher ungewöhnlich finde.

Insgesamt hat das Hotel aus meiner Sicht seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und entspricht keinesfalls dem, was man von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde.

Parkplatz vor dem Hotel

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht sauber , an den türen Farbe vom streichen noch , Türklinke von der Toilette viel immer runter, essen z.b Suppe könnten wir nicht essen weil Schweinefleisch war keine Alternative, Frühstück in einem Bergegebiet erwartete Mann Käse , war vom Supermarkt, Cafemaschine ist kaffe in die Tasse kommt wird der Kaffe wieder kalt , in der sauna keine Aufsicht jeder mit dem körper ohne Handtücher aufs Holz , für das Vier Sterne Hotel extrem schwach .

A lovely Alpine hotel, but the dinner was disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful location with a large separate car park and a lovely Alpine atmosphere. Our deluxe apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at check-in were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The wellness part is really cool as well.

Cons:

Dinner was disappointing and not worth the price. The portions were small and the food was not particularly good. We accidentally took two drinks from the breakfast machine, and the waiter spoke to us in a very bothered and unpleasant manner. We were also charged for both drinks, despite breakfast being included in our stay.

Lage super, Zimmer geräumig, vielseitiges Frühstücksangebot (Kaffee war aber leider ungenießbar)

Cons:

Frühstücksservice konnte kein Wort deutsch, schwierig wenn ich innerhalb von Österreich Urlaub mache

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, Personal inkl. Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich, Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Frühstück ausgezeichnet, es fehlte an nichts.

Pros:

super acceuil personel sympa et trée professionel petit dejeuné super.Repas du soir dans le cadre de la demi pension exellent le choix entre deux entrée trois plat de résistance et deux dessert en plus buffet de salades et une soupe le tout super.Une superbe chambre avec vue sur le glacier de Hinter Tux magnifique.

Pros:

Hotel precioso con una habitación súper amplia, cómoda y luminosa. Aparcamiento gratuito. Desayuno espectacular.

Cons:

Por decir algo, que el check in sea a las 15:00 y el check Out a las 10:00 nos parece un poco abusivo, aunque se repite en bastantes alojamientos de Austria. Los menús de la cena son algo caros para la poca cantidad de comida.
