Pros:

Super central location, nice building.

Cons:

Just needs the smaller details sorting out , ie bedside lights not working , overhead lights horrible energy saving bulbs .

Tips for other travellers:
1. Ensure you click pay in advance on booking.com as there is no reception so you have to arrange to meet someone to pay if you were expecting to pay on arrival
2. Ensure you request access codes prior to arrival otherwise you have to call someone while stood in the street

Bastante satisfactorio y recomendable
Pros:

Situado en una calle peatonal muy céntrica, el detalle de la cafetera y un par de cápsulas de café y unos sobres de té, todo un detalle !

Cons:

En el anuncio dicen que hay parking pero no especifican que es un parking de pago a unos 200 metros del hotel.
Referente a la limpieza, en general bastante bien pero encontramos varios pelos en el cuarto de baño ( en el resto del apartamento no lo sé ya que había moqueta y en caso de haber pelos, estos no se vean )
Encima de la nevera había una alargadera en la cual estaban enchufados la nevera, la cafetera y un calentador de agua.
El depósito de la cafetera perdía agua y la alargadera estaba mojada, creo que deberían de solucionarlo lo antes posible, antes de que haya que lamentar algún accidente tipo corto circuito o incluso incendio.

Pros:

Locatie foarte buna, chiar in centrul orasului, la cativa pasi de restaurante, terase si principalele puncte de interes. Fiind un aparthotel, nu ofera mic dejun, insa exista mai multe optiuni foarte aproape. Eu recomand restaurantul Domol.
Apartamentele sunt de doua tipuri: unele au balcon si vedere spre strada principala, iar altele sunt orientate spre partea din spate si nu au balcon. Este bine sa mentionati la rezervare ce varianta preferati, deoarece pe Booking sunt prezentate in principal apartamentele cu vedere la strada.
Curatenia a fost buna, patul confortabil, iar baia este dotata cu cada. Pentru mine a fost un plus, insa sotia ar fi preferat un dus.
Per total, am avut o experienta placuta si consider ca raportul calitate-pret este bun. Recomand aceasta locatie pentru un city break sau un sejur scurt in Oradea.

One-day visit for an event
Pros:

The staff was very prompt and solved my request. The room had a refrigerator, safe, coffee maker with tea-coffee bags, cups. I didn't use them. What I liked the most was the bed and the private terrace. The air conditioning worked optimally.

Cons:

I don't know if there was shampoo in the bathroom. There was only one container marked shower gel. I didn't trust it to use it on my hair. The shower coupling system didn't work properly. Water flowed more through the tap than through the shower.

L'emplacement proche des lieux de visite. Un parking municipal à 2 pas . La chambre, spacieuse dans un ancien palais. La ville est incroyable de beauté. Une très belle étape pour notre voyage en Transylvanie.
