Nagyon kedves a Személyzet, gördülékeny, gyors, rugalmas az ügyintézés. Nagyon jö helyen van a hotel - a belváros egyik legfőbb sétálóutcáján. A szobák jól felszereltek, tágasak.

Cons:

Az ágymatrac kicsit túl puha volt, de ennek ellenére jól aludtunk.

Cons:

Wifi non funziona per nulla. Semplicemente non c'è o la password è sbagliata. La doccia non è regolabile. Acqua ghiacciata o bollente in modo del tutto casuale.

schönes großes Zimmer, direkt in der Fußgängerzone, nachts sehr leise

Cons:

Nach einer Ankuftszeitänderung war die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin bzgl. meiner Zugangscodes etwas kompliziert, da sie offensichtlich meine Email nicht rechtzeitig gelesen und nicht geantwortet hat. Per Telefonat hat dann aber alles geklappt.
