Pros:

Exceptional in every aspect. Gold key level service and ambiance in a quiet, boutique hotel in the best location in old town Quebec. Standard rooms are an ample size with deliciously comfortable beds and wonderful showers. The attached restaurant with a lovely outdoor terrace is an added benefit. A warm, welcoming place to begin a walk through the best of old Quebec.

No A/C and no help.
Pros:

They kept our bags since we arrived from our cruise ship early and it was not yet check in time. The room was clean.

Cons:

The Air Conditioner did not work. In the evening we realized it was getting warm in the room. We called the front desk, and the lady said to use the remote. There was no remote. She ended up coming to the room 2x and fiddling with the control, but said (around 10pm) sorry, there was nothing they could do. She did open the small window, but of course that meant we heard music and other noise from outside. We asked if they had a fan we could use, and she said no. However, the next morning when I was at the desk, there was a fan there. The worker said she does not know why the earlier lady did not offer it to us. We did not sleep well because of the heat and noise, but they would not give us a reduction on the cost. So we paid over $300 for a room with no air conditioning. We do not recommend this hotel.

Très bon séjour, a coté de toutes les choses majeures à voir dans le vieux Québec
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, très central, dans une rue calme parking a quelques mètres

Cons:

La literie un peu molle pour nous et la salle d’eau petite avec le lavabo dans la chambre.
