This hotel is stunning in an ideal location. Very comfortable room with a luxurious clawfoot tub. The only minor annoyance was the sink. It was cone shaped and there was virtually no counter space.
Great location although downhill from the main old town. Facilities in the room were good.

Amazing location in the heart of the historic area. Mostly pedestrian but you are able to carefully drive to the front of the hotel, stop for a few minutes, unload, and then make your way to the multi-story car park (which is only a few minutes' walk away, is easily accessible and is huge) with an access card provided by the hotel staff. I was worried this would be difficult but in practice it was very easy to do both arriving and leaving, especially in the morning when the street was quiet and the restaurant across did not have tables set up outside. Our two-storey suite was in a central building overlooking the courtyard and the highly rated steakhouse restaurant. Suite itself was beautiful and with extensive facilities, including a jacuzzi.
Nothing - we were aware of the limited car access and parking arrangements and they worked fine.

Access via car when construction was going on
Great location.
My room had a step my husband fell on and hurt himself. The room’s AC was broken and they added a loud, portable unit in the window that was not working properly. They did not tell me about these issues. The corridor had a step as well.
Public areas were not air conditioned which weren’t very comfortable

Very spacious and great location.
The room was described as a suite with a king and queen sized beds. The queen size bed was a Murphy bed with a super thin mattress. This was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on in a hotel.
Facile d'accès, beaucoup de choses à faire à pied tout près, galerie d'art et restaurants. Hôtel tranquille avec terrasse extérieure.
The staff were helpful in every way. Especially the young man that greeted us the first day at the reception desk. The room was roomy and clean with plenty of extras like robes and slippers, a refrigerator and microwave.
The door was in the seating area of the restaurant, but it wasn’t that much of a bother.
Located in a quiet section of Old Quebec City, which we absolutely loved, it’s an easy walk to shops, cafes, & sites. The hotel has a mix of old world charm & modern amenities. Parking garage close by. Friendly, accommodating staff. Nicely appointed rooms. Enjoyed our stay. Would return! Thank you!
Excellent room and super-helpful staff. Staff went above and beyond to help. The room was clean and a decent size for a city centre. Great location in lower town, easy access to good restaurants

2x am Empfang gemeldet. Man hat mir einen Techniker versprochen, welcher aber nie kam. M
L' emplacement très central et la gentillesse d' une réceptionniste.
Tout d' abord l' hôtel est mis au second rang au profit du restaurant qui occupe désormais à partir de 15h30 tout les espaces communs même la cour intérieure.
On a le sentiment de passer au 2e plan.
Hall d'entrée occupé en permanence par les clients du restaurant qui attendent une table.
1 seul WC mixte pris d' assaut.
Aucun salon pour attendre ou se reposer.
Petit déjeuner décevant, aucun choix de café, pas de machine pour choisir un cappuccino ou autre boisson, seulement du café américain en thermos.
Salle de petit déjeuner pas nettoyée car elle sert pour le restaurant le soir.
Matériel disparate ou usagé entreposé dans les couloirs, vieilles bouteilles de gaz rouillées dans la cour intérieure à proximité des tables de repas...
Pas un merci ou au revoir lors de notre départ...
