Great stay will definitely book again.
Pros:

Breakfast great, fully equipped room and great location for the office.

Cons:

Only one robe was supplied, only one chair on the balcony. Lift not working so carrying luggage up the first set of stairs.

Cons:

Dejan entrar huéspedes con perros que caminan en el día y durante la noche haciendo muy díficil el descanso de quienes están en el cuarto de abajo. Deberían poner a los perros y sus dueños en los primeros pisos para evitar molestar a los demás.

Elegí este hotel por los comentarios positivos en distintos medios para conocer el barrio de Polanco. Su punto fuerte es el tamaño de las habitaciones y las instalaciones ya que son realmente apartamentos de calidad.

Cons:

Sin embargo, atendiendo a esas impresiones de otros viajeros, me dejó un poco frío. Quizás sea yo o el momento, pero el hotel estaba un poco masificado. De hecho, tuvimos que esperar para desayunar a que se vaciara alguna mesa. En pocos sitios me ha pasado eso.

Nuestra habitación disponía de un amplio balcón/terraza que daba a la avenida contigua por lo que el tráfico es incensante. Además, la puerta del ventanal no cerraba del todo por lo que la insonorización fue poca. Al dejar la habitación lo dijimos para que lo corregieran. Quizás deberíamos haberlo dicho cuando llegamos, pero dejo constancia porque el tráfico está ahí. Si buscas tranquilidad, mejor pedir una habitación que dé al otro lado.
