Good location, comfortable stay
Pros:

Comfy bed, good location, great housekeeping

Cons:

When arrived to check in - machine tried to charge me extra $400
Went to desk to check in said it was a glich
However if had followed instructions would have paid unnecessarily. Check out same issue- tried to charge when had paid and had no outstanding

Pros:

The interior architecture was thoughtful, unique and it was a full experience. Food and entertainment was available within hotel and also across midtown.

Cons:

There was little to dislike. What I hope is that they are able to keep and maintain an awesome looking robotic arm that can handle guest luggage.

We kregen eerst een verschrikkelijk gehorige kamer, die werd erna wel vervangen gelukkig voor een prachtige kamer.

Cons:

Bagage kan je bij het hotel laten, maar kost je wel 3 dollar per item! Service… ook die mannen kon geen sprankeltje vrolijkheid vanaf.
