Room was clean and view was nice, hotel restaurant was exceptional! Staff let us check in early and assisted us with transportation to the airport after our stay!
Little weird that the shower is right next to the bed, frosted glass only works at night- the morning daylight makes it practically transparent. Linens were probably washed but nonethless stained with mold/dyes.
Cost was about $100 per night too high.
The check in was smooth and seemless
The cleaning for me. My basin after spending a night had dirt and a dirty towel was left in the shower.

Location
Location and view. The room is compact yet has all that's needed. The bed can be optimized to watch the TV so this is also good. You can walk to Times Square which is another benefit.
1. It feels that this hotel cares a lot about the money. It makes sense that they do, but telling (through many emails) that early check in, late check in and luggage storage cost money is annoying. I did a relatively early checkout, yet I was asked to pay 6$ for luggage storage and it upsets me.
2. There is a TV but Netflix (or even Amazon Prime) doesn't work (there are channels though).
3. I wasn't 100% confident the towels were clean. One of these was on the floor (folded), and some were hung near the faucet. They all looked clean, but why weren't they folded? It could be that a previous guest hung them.
