Service au Top ; je remercie énormément Idris qui était très professionnel et à l'écoute. Il nous a directement changer la chambre quand j'ai demandé.

Никому не рекомендую этот отель. Рядом нашли примерно за те же деньги существенно лучшие условия.
Pros:

Месторасположение хорошее. До Султанахмет одна остановка, до набережной 1 км. Рядом парк Гюльхане. Куча кафе и магазинчиков.

Cons:

Отель очень старый и требующий ремонта! На сайте написана площадь номера 18 квадратных метров. На самом деле не больше 14. Обои частично отклеены, светильники ужасные, в ванной очень грязно. Держатель душа сломан. Уборка реально давно не делалась. В лифте не работает дверь, едешь, а рядом стена лифтовой шахты движется. В номере нет даже одеял! Выпросили две простыни. В номере нет никакой посуды, только бумажные стаканы. И самое главное: окно выходит на трансформаторную подстанцию над которой находится мощная система вентиляции, которая дико шумит все время. Спать невозможно! Завтраки очень скромные. Нет особого выбора. Из трех дней в один был омлет, в остальные просто вареные яйца в качестве основного блюда. Кофе ужасный.

Amazing great brilliant stay ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We stayed for a total 9 days. All of the staff were great from the start to the end. Not one single problem occured. Great breakfast.
* Murat * at the reception counter was amazing, any help we needed he was always there to help and share his ideas to make our Istanbul trip great.
All the staff members were great.
The room was exceptionally clean.
5 star rating ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I will sure to come again.
