We had a great stay at Hotel Kyriad. Great breakfast and amazing staff! The rooms are also spacious.

Die Unterkunft liegt im 12. Bezirk und ist mit der U6 gut erreichbar. 2 Haltestellen ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt.
Die Größe des Zimmers/Apartments war gut. Es war ein Balkon angebunden. Das Auto hat sicher in der Tiefgarage gestanden. Wer ein Apartments bucht, hat gleich neben dem Hotel einen Penny, eine Drogerie und Apotheke. Ca. 7 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker und ein Restaurant, "Genuss am Werk".

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Apartments(458) ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche hat kein Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser usw. Dieses muss man sich als Gast bei Bedarf an der Rezeption holen, sehr umständlich. Außerdem fehlen alle Utensilien für den Abwasch: Lappen, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel. Auch gibt es keinen Verschluss für das Spülbecken und Abtropfbecken. Der Wasserhahn beginnt sich aus der völlig aufgequollenen Arbeitsplatte zu lösen. Der Kühlschrank ist funktionstüchtig jedoch war die Klappe des kleinen Gefrierfaches völlig defekt und musste mit "Sie" angesprochen werden. Das kleine Sofa hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Es wies Löcher auf, über die die darüber gelegte Decke auch nicht täuschen ließ. In der Auslegeware waren neben einzelnen Brandlöchern, man bedenke, es ist ein Nichtraucherzimmer, zu dem Rückstände diverser anderer Dinge.
Im Badezimmer setzt sich die marode Arbeitsplatte fort. Die Wanne weist extreme Gebrauchsspuren auf und auch hier ist keine Nutzung als Wanne möglich, da auch hier kein Verschluss mehr vorhanden ist.
Die Toilette ist in einem kleinen separaten Raum untergebracht.
