Hotel was very clean.

Pros:

Hotel Argento exceed my expectations. The staffs were amazing, I received a fantastic welcoming by the member of staffs. The location of the hotel was superb easy to access buses, restaurants very close by & shops also easy to access. Breakfast was excellent. The staffs were very helpful at all time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly but unfortunately the rooms are not getting checked over to make sure the full inventory is there.

Cons:

We booked a superior room which stated it included robes, slippers mini bar tea and coffee facilities. When we got into the room there were no signs of them apart from a small fridge with nothing in. We called reception to ask them to bring the missing items including a kettle and tea bags to make a drink as we only had a coffee machine. There were 2 small cups, one was badly chipped and only one saucer and spoon. We stayed for 4 nights and the cup was never replaced. The pillows were really poor quality and lumpy and the floor was dirty, you could feel it under your feet. We put a do not disturb on the door and when we arrived back to the room it had been removed and the bed had been made. We had a building site view which wasn't great so we kept the curtains closed to our balcony.

Sijainti ja aamupala hyviä. Lisäksi maisema uima-altaalta hieno.

Cons:

Maisema huoneesta oli suoraan viereiselle rakennustyömaalle, josta kuului melua aamuseitsemästä alkaen.

Location was good

Cons:

The rooms was big but there was not any sockets near bed which was so uncomfortable, also there was not toothpaste and toothbrush in the rooms, the toilet seat was broken and it doesn't stop if you push it up very uncomfortable, the socket for fan in toilet was not fitting and we couldn't use fan in the bathroom, also there was no Disposable hotel slippers, the breakfast was so bad the only thing which you can eat there is just bread and beacon.
