Nothing
The fact I could have my 2 dogs in the room with me was the best part of the place. The room was very spacious with TV and sitting area. Hot water in the shower was good. Tiny hole in the wall kitchenette with a small fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery. There was a little balcony area with a table and two chairs. Bed was adequately comfortable. The air conditioning unit was good but a bit noisy.
Very tired room, particularly the bathroom. No cold water from the bathroom basin taps and no other sink. Very bad pillows. Very uncomfortable chairs in the sitting area.
Weirdly character
Very strange place
You really must go and look at the incredible amount of work they have done on the outside and inside the buildings. I was struck with the detail on the ceilings. The food is very good and reasonable.
Verder beviel alles goed.
Everything
I love it all
Plenty of room, including storage.
Convenient restaurant
Difficult to wash dishes after breakfast
I don’t like to complain but in the interest of saving someone else the same disappointment don’t book The Junior Room. I can’t comment on the other rooms as we did not see them. Our room was not like what we saw on the advertising. It was dark and uncomfortable. The towels were very old and very small and there was a bad food odour in the room when we arrived which got worse during the evening. The two ‘single’ beds were not really beds and the linen and all the pillows were shocking and inadequate. The farm was pretty.
I liked the old English style
One bedroom wasn’t as clean as the others.
Beautiful location in Richmond.
Dated decor.
The bed was comfortable, very clean, the grounds were beautiful, and the gentleman that welcomed us on arrival was lovely
Water pressure in the shower was ridiculous I had to rinse my hair out in the hand basin
I was awoken to what I assume was another guest yelling throughout the hallway at approx 2am was a bit frightening.
Lastly check out was 10.30 which was brilliant as husband and I didn't have to rush to leave, however at 8.40am someone either owners or cleaners opened up our room door Nd made the comment " oh people are still in here " I felt very violated and uncomfortable.
We did not stick around for breakfast
Just grabbed our stuff and left.
Location and genuine age and presentation of the property. Furniture in keeping with the style
lacking some windows and air flow. Not able to be improved due to style of building
only interner but it was great
