You get to have breakfast whilst watching deer in the garden what more could you want.
Pros:

Nestled in a quiet residential area I was surprised initially at the hotels position. It is sleek from the outside and this continued inside.
We checked in with a friendly young lady who had amazingly long hair which was very memorable and impressed my wife.
You can clearly see that the hotel has had major investment which is reflected in the overall appearance and throughout the cleanliness was impeccable.
A lovely large room with the added bonus of a bath which we both enjoyed after a long day driving from Germany.
Breakfast in the morning was a good selection with good coffee however the jewell in the crown was seeing a family of deer grazing and playing in the park, such nature is worth the price alone.

Cons:

Our room was facing the main road and although the residential area was nice and well kept a room facing the garden would have been perfect.
