Nettes Hotel, mit minimalen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Personal war durchweg sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
Absolutes Highlight ist die Terrasse, schade, dass man diese nicht nach 19 Uhr nutzen kann. Aber zum Frühstücken sehr schön.
Frühstück ist sehr standardisiert, aber gut, wenig Abwechslung. Mit ein oder zwei individuellen Angeboten könnte man das erheblich aufwerten (einfach in den Obstsalat etwas frisches Obst rein schneiden, einen wechselnden frischen Aufstrich (Eier/Geflügel etc.). Das frische Brot allerdings war top und nicht Standard.
Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Familienzimmer war schon etwas angewöhnt. Die Matratze müsste dringend getauscht werden Spinnweben mal entfernt und kleine Schönheitsreparaturen durchgeführt werden.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Für.mich das ruhigste Hotel in Wien!
Der angrenzende, leider private Park mit Dammwild und vielen Bäumen gibt echte Ruhe.
Gute Anbindung zur U6, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer geräumig, sauber und hat gute Betten. Wasserkocher für Tee am Zimmer. Schöne Lobby und Ausstattung beim reinkommen.
Meldete an der Rezeption, dass unsere Toilettenspülung nicht richtig funktioniert. Wurde prompt erledigt. Dankeschön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist renoviert, einzig die Duschtür scheint alt zu sein, da in den Ecken alter Schmutz saß.

Ein wirkliches Garten -Hotel
Pros:

Für mich war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
Ich habe den Check in am Automat genutzt.Hat super funktioniert. Das Zimmer geräumig, mit Blick in den Garten. Sehr sauber und gepflegt.Bequeme Betten. Ruhig. Exzellentes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Angenehmes Umfeld. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Für längere Aufenthalte würde ich mir einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer wünschen.

Vše - čistý, prostorný, moderně zařízený pokoj, pohodlné postele, vynikající snídaně s možností využití venkovní terasy s výhledem do přilehlého parku. Možnost parkování v podzemní garáži (20 EUR/noc), klidná čtvrť, kousek od původní návsi. Cca 1,5 Km do Schönbrunnu, dochozí vzdálenost. Do centra Vídně dobré spojení MHD. Příznivý poměr ceny a kvality.

Cons:

Snad jen absence hotelové restaurace. Můžeme ovšem doporučit Biergasthof Otto (10 min. pěšky od hotelu), zahradní restaurace ve vnitrobloku se starovídeňskou atmosférou.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von diesem Hotel!
Alles war einfach perfekt – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die Sauberkeit, das moderne und stilvolle Design, die ruhige Atmosphäre sowie das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Der Parkplatz war mit 20 Euro fair und praktisch, besonders für Reisende mit dem Auto. Insgesamt hatte das Hotel genau alles, was man sich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wünscht.

Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft und den tollen Service.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bei zukünftigen Reisen ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.

Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Super ruhiges, angenehmes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Nahe zu S-Bahn und U6, und trotzdem ein Erholungsparadies. Hinter dem Hotel ein großzügiger park mit Brunnen, Wild, alten Bäumen - eine herrliche Ruhe!

Cons:

Leider kann man nicht in den Park gehen, aber wahrscheinlich hätte dann das Wild keine Ruhe;-)

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhälznis. Srhr geräimiges Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich bin bereits zum 2. Mal in diesrm sehr gemütlichen Hotel.⁰

Cons:

Leider ist fie ÖPNV-Anbindung etwas schwierig, etwa 400 m zum nächsten Bahnhof, aber fussläufig alles gut erreichbar. Sonst war alles Spitze, nichts auszusetzen.
