OK hotel but crazy deposit requirements
Pros:

Clean and good room

Cons:

Even when you pay by credit card they charge you a 50 euro deposit upfront for potential damages. I never had this done at any other hotel and shows a serious lack of trust in their clients. Also, they should then refund the deposit immediately after checkout which did not happen. This looks like a money making scam to me.

In Ordnung
Pros:

Pros:

The hotel is well located, close to a metro station with direct access to the Duomo and the city centre.

The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options that I really enjoyed.

The room was clean and very spacious, and the shower was excellent, with multiple jets. After a long day of sightseeing, this is so important!

Cons:

None

Placut
Pros:

Stay for week
Pros:

The location of the place was great, close to metro station. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It will be good if room service tops up the water every day for kettle not only first day. Also the shower gel wasn't topped up and for last two days was hardly there. Also the shower tray was bit mouldy around.
