Aucune place pour la piscine nous étions 3 et nous n'avons pas pu apprécier la piscine alors que nous étions venu pour ce détendre autour de la piscine dommage

Pros:

Super petit dej, tout le monde au petit soin, Si Mohamed au petit dej, le petit jeune aux crêpes … nous avons passé un super moment

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix du repas. Le restaurant de plage est très cher pour la qualité du repas, l’assiette de frite a 8euros … cependant il a une très belle vue.

Perfect relaxing holiday!
Pros:

Amazing place with classical looks and a modern local touch. Private beach, garden, massive pool and restaurants were great. Staff were among the best too. Security as you entered with the taxi made us feel very safe.

The Residence feels like a home away from home. Lovely.
Pros:

The hotel is super charming and is really kept up well even if a bit dated. It is clean and there is old school charm.

Merveilleux sans aucune fausse note

L’accueil de Messieurs Naoufel et Ayman le soir de mon arrivée , vous sentez déjà grâce à ces deux messieurs que vous allez passer un week-end formidable ….
Les conseils de Monsieur Nizar pour choisir la chambre qui me correspondait le plus et bien sûr il faut souligner l’efficacité et gentillesse de Madame Saida à la réception
N’oublions pas les crêpes et pâtisseries fines Tunisiennes au petit déjeuner que d’ailleurs mes invités ont apprécié également ….
J’ai déjà réservé deux autres week-ends à la Résidence Tunis pour ne rien vous cacher

В отеле есть свой определенный вайб покоя, хотя он совсем не маленький.. завтраки отличные, пляж отличный..персонал тоже.. подвел только ресепшен с их системой платежей..

Cons:

В обеденное время из еды только кафе у бассейна, в котором очень мало столов и приходится долго ждать пока что то освободится..ну или дойти до ресторана на пляже..
И теперь о реальных МИНУСАХ.. при заселении они блокируют полную стоимость проживания плюс сумму на расходы.. При выезде мой итоговый счет оказался МЕНЬШЕ депозита. Вместо того чтобы сделать частичное списание и вернуть сдачу, они просто повторно взяли с меня всю сумму.. В итоге: я дважды заплатила за одно и то же проживание. Первый огромный депозит теперь завис в воздухе на неопределенный срок.. При этом персонал нагло врет в лицо, что «деньги вернутся на карту через пару минут».. конечно же они не вернулись… и не известно когда вернутся, учитывая текущие реалии с банковскими системами .. зачем врать говоря о паре минут как будто не знают что банки будут щас проверять эти деньги месяцами.. в итоге 6 дней проживания вместо 1600$ обошлись в 3200$..

Soggiorno nel complesso molto piacevole
Pros:

L'hotel è molto bello, la hall è spettacolare e ti accoglie con un buonissimo profumo di zagara. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, pulite e possiedono tutto il necessario. E' il luogo perfetto in cui soggiornare sia che si vada in vacanza che per ragioni di lavoro.

Cons:

Le camere andrebbero fornite di un asciugacapelli più moderno che non richiede di tenere costantemente premuto il pulsante per poter funzionare (per una donna è molto scomodo). La pecca maggiore riguarda una parte del personale: è gentile ma non sempre simpatico ed è un po' indolente, particolarmente quello in spiaggia e nel ristorante in piscina. La colazione non è da cinque stelle, andrebbe ripensata e arricchita di più prodotti e di maggiore qualità. C'è una bella SPA ma è evidente che manchi di personale.
