La Résidence est un établissement qui traverse le temps avec une qualité constante.
Pros:

La vue sur la mer, les jardins impeccables, la proximité immédiate de la plage, le service du PDJ, la Direction générale. Le bon entretien de la structure. Qualité de la literie. Qualité du spa.

Cons:

Un peu plus d'information à l'arrivée sur les nombreuses ressources de l'établissement. La partie publique de la plage n'est pas entretenue correctement, contrairement à la partie liée à l'hotel.

Le calme absolu ! Un petit déjeuner fabuleux qui répond à tous les pays et les cultures , particulièrement le tunisien :du beignet au miel à la soupe du Sorogho , dattes et sa Pssissa de pois-chiche....

Cons:

Manque de notices explicatives des mets proposés au petit déjeuner :ingrédients et comment se servir ou consommer !

Nicely heated pool and gardens and beach area was well maintained. Good selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Staff weren’t very attentive in the pool and beach areas, food at the dinner restaurant was completely tasteless and overpriced for sub-par quality, and WiFi was extremely patchy and kept disconnecting every few minutes in most of the hotel areas. Rooms also looked somewhat dated. Additionally, as per booking, checkout time is between 12.00-12.300’ yet the hotel staff called 5min after 12pm to rush us out of the hotel room.
