I was disappointed in this stay due to the cleanliness of our room

Conveniently located to where we were going for our event

Cons:

Our bathroom was not clean and had hair in the shower. The iron had black stuff burned on it that got on my husbands clothes. And we didn’t have toiletries (toilet paper) as we should

The location to the stadiums. That is literally the only thing.

Cons:

Waited 1 hour in line to check in.
It was ridiculous. I am pregnant two other pregnant ladies out in the sun in an 1 hour line. Elderly people and kids… talked to the staff. NO ONE CARED. They did not offer water or anything to the people in line. Asked for a manager. Manager is off the whole weekend. Staff said it was like this every weekend.
Breakfast was „complimentary“ normally it costs 15,99. Which is RIDICULOUS. It’s what you get in an Inn what is usually for FREE. Staff wanted a tip for bringing orange juice! Get a machine!

Pros:

The staff is friendly , and the location itself was great . We walked to the Phillies games and took a few Ubers to down town .

Cons:

The hotel definitely could use some work. Our room you could tell there’s been a lot of water damage . And it’s been attempted to be painted over . Over all it was okay .

Horrible stay, the place is falling apart.

Power was out as we arrived and could not reach the hotel. Tuesday the HOT water went out due to a plumbing problem and we had to find another hotel! This was unacceptable! We came to the ALL Star Game. We were there to have memorable family time! You ruined it. Please refund us for this disaster.

No tenian la habitación lista a la hora del check in, cuando nos entregaron las llaves subimos al cuarto pero aun seguian alli el personal de limpieza. Debe ser mas rapido el proceso de check-in
