The stay was a disappointment and overpriced for what it was.
Pros:

Location was decent

Cons:

The room was dirty and had a funny smell. The room was terrible. The faucet handle was broke in the bathroom
Tiles were cracked, bathroom door was busted and not repaired properly.

The people; Tsai, Joe, Ula and everyone we came in contact with were professional and kind.

Whenever I get a chance, this is my top choice for staying in Philly especially after a ballgame.
