Pros:

I loved the room it was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is beautiful and they have 2 buildings and one is premium which is where we stayed. The desk staff at first was a little rude as they put my wife and I in a 2 bed room and I ask for the room I rented with a queen size bed and she tried to insist that I ordered know what I don't ordered they fixed the problem. They opened a new Dunkin Donuts coffee in the lobby which is perfect.

Unsatisfactory experience
Pros:

Hotel its ok. Close enough to the Airport

Cons:

I was unexpectedly charged additional fees to my credit card more than a month after my stay. Despite contacting the hotel several times, I never received a clear explanation for the charges or a direct response addressing my concerns. The lack of communication and transparency was very disappointing and left me feeling frustrated with the overall experience.

Terrible shuttle service
Pros:

Overall, good service inside hotel. Except shuttle service.

Cons:

Shuttle service is terrible. When i arrived at airport, the shuttle assistant told me to wait for another shuttle, but when the next shuttle came, she said the shuttle cannot take me due to seats are full. She could do headcount of queue early and tell me at the beginning so i can uber to hotel instead of waiting. Eventually, it took me more than 1 hour at cold night to wait for shuttle. I asked two staff, and they told me the next shuttle will come in 15/20 minutes. The answers are different. And they are lying! The shuttle is every 30 minutes. It seems they like to make people waiting, instead of making them get to hotel early.

When i check out hotel, the shuttle driver sees me checking out in concierge, and then directly gets into shuttle and drives away. He cannot wait just one minute for a customer.

The bed was clean and comfortable

Cons:

I had a really bad experience. I’m a women and I was alone and I was taking a nap and someone try to open my door twice. I call the front desk really scared and they told me if was the security who open it by mistake. I was really scare and worried.

Ubicación inmejorable e instalaciones impecables
Pros:

La cercanía con el aeropuerto y el transporte al mismo es inmejorable, en general el hotel es cómodo y la habitación bastante amplia, el baño es amplio y las vistas desde las habitaciones superiores son bastante lindas al amanecer. En general también es cómodo el hotel para dar un paseo o trabajar en algún lugar fuera de la habitación.

Cons:

El personal de recepción no es el mas amable, entendible también porque termina siendo hotel para pasajeros de aerolínea con vuelos retrasados y se satura a veces. El bar o restaurante tampoco es bien atendido, a favor tiene que en el hotel adjunto la atención es mucho mejor y se puede pasar sin problema.
