Great service
Pros:

Daniel and Karyn were very kind. They were always very attentive to us.

Also, they served a great herbal tea. Make sure to order when you visit. Over all a good experience.

Punto de paso para vuelos o conexiones
Pros:

La ubicación es estratégica, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Tiene un excelente servicio de Shuttle. La habitación es amplía, tiene lo básico, es ideal estar de paso antes de un vuelo. Las encargadas de la recepción fueron muy amables. El restaurante es sencillo, agradable y los meseros son muy atentos.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de paso, está un poco desactualizado en tecnología, el TV de nuestra habitación no tenía acceso a ninguna plataforma de streaming.
El restaurante tiene precios altos en relación a calidad-precio y menús distintos, el room service tiene un fee adicional, aunque comas en el restaurante, si pides de ese menú cobran el excedente.
Por último el pre-desayuno que ofrecen ya se había agotado a las 4 am. Por lo que perdimos la oportunidad de comer antes del vuelo, además nuestro desayuno tampoco lo pudimos tomar por el horario a partir de 5 am abre.
El resto de las instalaciones son agradables y el servicio y aseo es muy bueno.

Best if you need to be close to the airport
Pros:

The airport shuttle & location near the airport, large rooms, comfy bed

Cons:

It was basically only near the airport, which was fine & what we booked it for, but I wish there had been some restaurants we could walk to. Also breakfast starts at 5, so if you have an early flight you can take advantage of it.

ok, functional if you are in need of a quick sleep before continuing your flights.
Pros:

Breakfast and shuttle service were good.
Breakfast has great variety and flavours, but the shuttle did seem a bit disorganised picking us up at the airport.

Cons:

No food options when we arrived, only very expensive room service and a Dunkin Donuts that didnt have change so they didnt take my order.

Huge disappointment
Pros:

Booked based on reviews of easy airport transfers & ratings here, I booked. The margarita and burger were great and everything else was a huge flop. This is an airport hotel. the corridor where my room was backed into a disco with music so loud I could hear it without my hearing aids and the continuous strobe lights came right thru the wooden blinds as there are no black out shades. Add: NO climate control in room and every pillow available in my room was too dense and too high to even get my head into without slipping off. A huge disappointment.
