Cons:

Rezeption und Haupthaus mit Bar macht viel zu früh zu (22.30 rum) und zu spät auf (um 7.00 war da noch niemand). Man kann nach 22.30 dort nichts mehr machen, keine Getränke kaufen, nicht mit Leuten treffen, nur noch ins Bett gehen! Raum hatte eine Tür als Fenster aber keinen Balkon.

Pros:

Sehr nette und ruhige Gegend. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wer Ruhe mag und von hier sein Berlin Abenteuer plant, ist es genau der richtige Ort.

Cons:

An manchen Stellen könnte man mehr auf die Sauberkeit achten.

Unfreundliche Bedienung!
Sehr mäßiges Restaurantangebot.
Fazit: Schönes Anwesen in toller Lage mit ungepflegten Garten in Charakter einer Jugendherberge.

In Ermangelung von Alternativen ein Schlafplatz

Grundsätzlich ist die Immobilie sehr schön an dem See gelegen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß aber leider sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Es gab weder einen Fernseher, noch eine Tisch und Stühle. Den penetranten Geruch haben wir den sanitären Abflüssen zugeordnet. Ein Duschvorhang ist nicht zeitgemäß (Hygiene) Zur ersten/zweiten Etage gab es keine Fahrstuhl. Die Heizung kannte nur die Stellungen An oder Aus und ein starkes Strömungsgeräusch im aufgedrehtem Zustand. Steckdosen waren ebenfalls Mangelware ! Von Bekannten hörten wir, dass das Frühstück einige Wünsche offen lies und die Fr.-Zeit bis 09:00 Uhr vorgesehen ist.

Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sind sehr eng ,
mäßig, aber sauber … Zimmerservice fand bei uns nicht statt!
Servicepersonal versteht nicht und spricht nicht deutsch, nur englisch!
Personal ist nur stundenweise vor Ort…
Insgesamt ausbaufähig, aber zZ zu teuer für die erbrachte Leistung!
