清潔、部屋が広い、バスタブのリクエストにも答えてくれた
シャワーが良い、飲料水をいっぱい入れることができた。

Cons:

お風呂の湯が中々たまらない。朝食の食べ物の配置が悪く取りにくい。
ウェブチェックインしても特典がない。
タクシーがすぐに来ないのに、スタッフが中々対応してくれない

Emplacement et piscine. Les équipes sont de manière générale agréables.

Cons:

*Le restaurant est décevant au vu des prix. *Manque de clarté sur les informations communiquées à l'arrivée et les offres proposées gratuites / payantes de l'hôtel. *Déchets dans les couloirs laissés plusieurs heures.
*clim très faible dans la chambre.
Ce qui laisse un sentiment décevant pour un 4 étoiles.

The AC was not cooling the room. There was no hand wash in the room
No tea or milk. The sink would collect water and not drain properly
We raised all these issues with the staff. The only option was to give us fan which would not cool the room either but triggered my Asthma.

Training missing.
Pros:

Good parking and close to the city center.

Cons:

No hotel management experience at the reception. Room was not available at the time convened and the reception was only able to explain that it is what it is. This is a breach of contract. No good will gesture, nothing. They should probably learn from the American management style otherwise an 18 old person with no experience could do the same job.

Cons:

Pas de savon dans le lavabo de la salle de bain, pas d’eau dans la chambre, obligé d’aller avec une carafe au fond d’un couloir, c’est inacceptable
